Excellent place to stay in Temecula

The rooms are large, decorated nicely and well-equipped. The bed and pillows were comfy. The TV was nice and large. The breakfast had many good options including little cheese omelettes, sausage, tater tots, fresh berries, yogurt and granola, waffles, cereal, toast, and decent coffee with real half and half. The staff let us check in early which really helped us out as we had to get dressed to attend a wedding. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Location is good. One of the best hotels we’ve experienced in the last few years.

The heater/AC was a little noisy even when turned off. We’re never crazy about the heavy duvets.

We enjoyed our stay.

We like the suite room with two queens and a separate room with a sofa and kitchen. Complimentary breakfast was good, with a lot of fresh fruits to chose from and the coffee was good too. Free parking was a plus and chargers for electric cars. Only 5 minutes from the Main Street Temecula.

Getting to the lobby from the parking lot was not very straight forward. And getting from the room to the elevator seemed like you were in a maze.

Excellent Hotel Suites no less!

Great breakfast and even have socials with free wine and yummy appetizers from Monday to Wednesday. Such a value for money! Soooo worth it! We so love Hazel, the lady in the dining area in charge of breakfast and socials! Such an excellent worker! Most attentive, friendliest I met in my years of hotel experiences!! She deserves a raise! Not just 5 stars but if I could give 6 stars to her alone, I would! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ok but needed some improvement

No soap in container by the bathroom sink, no one answered the front desk after calling at 9:00 pm , so I could get soap. Had to use dishwashing detergent. Breakfast was good and bad…fresh fruit was great ( but mostly gone by 9:00 am), rest of food was all processed or full of sugar (ie no plain yogurt, only sweetened .

Great time. Good experience overall.

Nice lobby/breakfast areas. Clean. Staff was friendly. Super close to old town Temecula. Parking was easy and accessible. Room set-up was great for a group of 5 of us and very accessible.

Shower was soft and low pressure. Toilet kept stopping up so me called for a plunger. We were told there was only one person on staff at 9pm and we needed to come and get it ourselves. No extra toilet paper. Had to go to the lobby to get our own extra pillows and blanket for the sofa bed.

The room was filthy. Hair and dirt all over the bathroom and floors. Food, hair and dirt on the remote control. Hair on the bedspread. Towels were dirty or very stained. The bathroom sink and counter were not cleaned at all. All surfaces had dirt, food and dust on them. The room had an overwhelming smell of air freshener. It was awful. Very disappointed.
