Leaky iron.....toilet handle had to be held down until bowl cleared......lack of USB connections........electrical outlets not convenient.........TV smaller than most monitors.

The Quality Inn was priced lower than others in Temecula and it was a decent place to stay.

Our room was comfortable. It was clean and the breakfast was exceptional.

This was our first visit there. It’s a little outdated and could use some sprucing up but overall I thought it was a good place to stay and I would go back again.

Friendly staff

The rooms are not clean or presentable especially with the price I paid. Had a room before that had a stiff deadbolt which made me uncomfortable. This stay the rooms toilet had some damage on it and the curtains had holes in it. Made the room look dirty and un maintained.

The property was clean and well kept. Every staff member I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was tasty. I also liked the fact that it was close to a variety of restaurants.

Seems like the edge of the bed is kind of worn out from guests sitting often over the sides. After 3 nights of sleeping close to the bed edge, my lower back was hurting, so I moved more to the center of the bed where the surface was flatter and my back felt a lot better.

4.5 starts, good place for the value.

Breakfast was good, but to many tables and difficult to walk around. rooms were clean and staff was always paying attention to my needs. The only problems was to get in and out of the property, the location is not easy to get out to the main street but for the value and comfort as well as over all location is perfect.

Very disappointing and unclean considering the price

Not nearly as nice as the pictures. Was not clean. Things looked old. Paid extra for a king deluxe room and for the extra cost I got a torn up dusty couch. Would not come back or recommend at all. Found a couple cockroaches in the room too.
