Jessika Nelson was the best! She was super helpful and gave great advice regarding the wineries as well as some discount coupons.

Seems like the edge of the bed is kind of worn out from guests sitting often over the sides. After 3 nights of sleeping close to the bed edge, my lower back was hurting, so I moved more to the center of the bed where the surface was flatter and my back felt a lot better.

4.5 starts, good place for the value.

Breakfast was good, but to many tables and difficult to walk around. rooms were clean and staff was always paying attention to my needs. The only problems was to get in and out of the property, the location is not easy to get out to the main street but for the value and comfort as well as over all location is perfect.

Very disappointing and unclean considering the price

Nothing.

Not nearly as nice as the pictures. Was not clean. Things looked old. Paid extra for a king deluxe room and for the extra cost I got a torn up dusty couch. Would not come back or recommend at all. Found a couple cockroaches in the room too.

Grateful for the front desk.

Breakfast was good. Table were a lil bit messy when we got there but someone came to wipe the table. Staff were very nice. We had a wedding to attend at 2 pm and they let us checked in early and we were very grateful for that.

The beddings needs to upgrade and curtains other than that everything was good.

Overall an excellent property to visit.

A most excellent breakfast. We had a late check-in with no problems. We got a 1st level room without having to ask for it. We were bone tired and so thankful we didn't have to hunt for our room. Staff were super efficient and friendly.

I sleep with a fan and the A/C didn't have a fan only option so it was tough falling asleep and staying asleep. Not your fault but I never considered newer units wouldn't have that option. Next time I'll know. God bless you all, your hard work shows.

I had to cut things short due to the power in the cold shower

That it had a microwave in it, and a refrigerator.

The room had a smell to it like dogs been in there and somebody didn’t smoke it the power went out and the water for the shower was cold. It didn’t be that with the picture that I seen online. It didn’t have an adapter for your cable cord for your phone or computer.

The suite was comfortable, stocked & very clean. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful & knowledgeable. I will stay here again.

Parking was limited. There were large trucks taking up several places. The lighting was limited & dark. It would not keep me from staying here.

Our stay was fine

The room was fine the bed was comfortable. The only thing that threw me off was when I checked in the girl that checked me in was a little snotty. The rest of the staff seemed very friendly.

I didn't like that you had to walk all the way around to get from your car to your room or to your room from the room to the car. They have a wall and some plants that are all along the parkway and so you have to walk around in order to get to your room. It would have been nice to have that open and maybe have a couple little sidewalks that go from the front of the room where the doors at to the parking lot. The facilities were clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast was okay. It's just the having to walk around to get to your vehicle or from your vehicle to your room.

Never stay there!!! Choose another one!

Worst place! Nothing like there

It was terrible. I’m traveling with my wife and cat. We choose the “Pet friendly room” as well as the hotel pet friendly. At the registration desk they asked if I have a pet, I said “Yes”. They took my credit card and inform they took “security deposit $100”. At 7am next morning, the manager called me to inform she should take my deposit $200, because I have a cat!!!! I look at my bank account and found the deposit 100+100!!! I went to the front desk and asked why??? She told me that they allowed only the dogs!! HOW??? Cat it’s no more a pet??? I hate this place and that manager

We never stayed at this location, we seen the room and the odor we immediately left per health conditions. The staff said they agreed an would credit my card we had to get a new hotel down the street. Someone call me because credit has not been issued and we disputed also
