The breakfast waws good, many choices are available and located close to our room.
Wish coffee could have been available later in the day. The coffee we served ourselves was not hot.

The pool isn’t heated it was cool.

Quiet, clean, comfortable room. The bed was very good. Friendly, helpful staff.
I didn't love the breakfast or the coffee, but they were certainly adequate for a hotel of this kind.

Location to wine country.
The breakfast ran out of hot food, no potatoes or sausage.

It is in a good location near the city center.
The breakfast was not what I was expecting. When there was a surge of people having breakfast, we had to wait for the serving trays to be refilled. Only one staff catering to more than 20 customers.

The main difference here is the staff and how accomodating they are, they made us feel very comfortable and at home. Rooms are also
Everything was great, what could have probably elévate it the experience was if the rooms had some soft of odorizer. As the room did have a scent that could be unpleasant to some

Awesome location! Very convenient. Walkable to downtown.
Not very clean. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom. Had to ask the front desk.

Refer made a lot of noise. Had to turn it off.

The only complaint were the pillows… too soft, should’ve remembered to bring our own

The location was close to downtown. Overall seemed clean, and staff polite.
The toilet wouldn’t flush and no overnight staff available to fix it. Toilet never got fixed during our stay. Shower drained slowly, so you were standing in a bath by the time the shower was done. No hot breakfast available; staff said they were running out of food, so stretching it to try to make it last. Said to come back in 30 minutes, but there wasn’t anything when we came back. Coffee very watered down and took 45 minutes to put fresh coffee out. Couldn’t make coffee in the room because the coffee maker didn’t seem clean. Our room was advertised as a fireplace suite, and the electric fireplace should not be advertised as a feature. I paid more for this room because I thought it had a real gas fireplace and it was basically glowing logs.

All was good
no problems

I paid for a larger King room suite with fireplace. The best room for my annivesary wine tasting get away weekend.
They put us in a smaller room with two queen beds and no fireplace.
I called downstairs and they said there was nothing they could do because I booked thru a 3rd party.
HIGHLY disappointed I paid for a nice room and got an OK room.

Didnt have breakfast. It didnt look that good. Location was good
There was no bottle water, soda, juice, nothing liquid for sale. The TV is a joke. The remote for the window covering didnt work. The night shift manager came to help. He couldnt fix the remote and he brought up a sheet of paper with the channel for the networks, he couldnt get a guide on the tv. I turned the temp down a couple degrees. One it got to where is was cold enough for me I turned it back to where it was. I took about 30 before it turned off.

Breakfast
1. The window shades were broken. Kevin used tape to put them in place, but they still hung over the AC unit. 2. Doorframe to bathroom was disgustingly filthy.
3. There were two long black hairs on bathroom floor.

Room was spacious for my family and loved the kitchen area
I was supposed to get a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out for my family of 5 and there was no pullout so one of us had to put two chairs together to make a makeshift bed.

A young man I believe his name was Cory working that late shift went above and beyond when he saw that I twisted my ankle and and was barely able to walk into the facility. He provided me a wheelchair to use without me asking. That was very nice and professional of him. He deserves a huge kudos.
Everything was great. I think a few female members can be a little more friendlier at the front desk not that they were mean but they were just a little mediocre. Just give advice because CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything. I wish your complementary breakfast will stay open until at least 11 AM. Not everybody is an early riser. Lol But no complaints.

Ran out of food at the complimentary breakfast. (Waffles, cream cheese, bagels) Overall, the food that was there was tasty.

I was canceled, I had a confirmation number and. PIN number and was still canceled. I will not be returning . I wasn’t the only person that it happened to.

Breakfast was alright. It seems like over the years, the selection of food has been cut down. The food needed to be replenished, with some things like butter, cream cheese, muffins and yogurt. A little slow in filling the empty bacon container.
Other than breakfast, which was disappointing, we were under the impression that the room was to have a "sofa sleeper," and ours did not. We stay at many Hampton Inns, and this was one location that didn't live up to its reputation. We will probably try a different location when we visit Temecula, CA.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was not very good. The sausage and eggs tasted funny and the potatoes were soggy. It would be the thing I would change. Besides that the pillows were amazing. Soft and fluffy. The staff was friendly.

Great size room, clean and location is ideal.
People next room could be heard: slamming doors, and loud talking.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but that is it. I have happily stayed at several Hampton Inn’s across the nation, but after the Temecula location I don’t think I can stay at one again. The hallway was deplorable even with the rehab construction. Walls were dirty and yellow and the carpet reminded me of The Shining! Seriously the creepiest and worst hallway and room. There was a huge sticky stain on the carpet in the room. And the toom’s carpet was oversll gross and dirty. There was a gross stain on the seat of a guest chair, oily stains on neutral gray wallpaper, and hair in the bathroom shower. We could not wait to escape this building. We did not do the breakfast either. We packed up and left as soon as possible.
Overall the Absolute WORST hotel stay especially the worst Hampton Inn stay!

They spelled my name wrong under the reservation. It's Brandi Clay, not Clay Brandi.

Not much to like
Clogged drains. Filthy carpets. Non-functional water coolers. Paper-thin walls. Unfinished lobbies. The place was a mess.

Close to old town
Under construction, room was not the cleanest

Conveniently located in Old Town Temecula and a pickup/dropoff location for the Grapeline Winery shuttle bus, which we reserved for the Big Red Fest. The front desk gave us waters, which was an excellent call! We could also easily walk to bar/restaurant options for dinner. The breakfast was great, we enjoyed the waffles. No issues at all with the room, would definitely stay here again! Oh and right now there was a big nest with some ravens above the Hampton Inn sign, thought that was adorable :)

Clean, newer facility.
Housekeeping doesn't come every day. So items that we ran out of (coffee, towels, kleenex) we had to go get. Also room temperature was difficult to control.

The location was close to the highway. We were close enough to wineries so we ubbered. The rooms were quiet and clean. Breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was extremely nice and helpful
