I would love if they did a continental breakfast.

The kitchen counters were peeled off formica top from theb70/80s. Seriously outdated. Wife accidently spilled foot powder on the floor and we used one of the bath towels to clean it up and stunned at how brown the towel became. Obviously extreme poornfloor cleaning. The stench in the room was as if nothing was cleaned but reused. The bed was extremely old and very uncomfortable. We go to temecula often for soccer tournaments and definitely won't be returning or referring. Shut down this place

Nothing.
We booked this property to stay the night after a wedding in Temecula. The hotel had decent reviews and for one night that was good enough. However, when we arrived and checked in, we got to the floor we were staying on, and there was a woman riding her bicycle down the hall, there were dogs barking, people yelling at each other and very loud TVs. It was like a hostel with walls. Do not stay here. It was creepy.

We liked that it was pet friendly and there were several areas to take them out that were pretty clean and offered bags to cleanup after your pet.
The staff seemed miserable, never smiled and were just this side of rude. The washing machines will steel your money and the staff basically told us too bad and that they couldn’t do anything about it which was very frustrating. It says on the website that breakfast is offered everyday however what they call breakfast consists of nutrigrain bars, packets of instant oatmeal you have to make yourself but no bowls or spoons and coffee. That’s literally ALL they provide for breakfast. The worst part is they hold it behind the counter so you have to wait for someone to show up and hand you a packet of oatmeal and they act like it’s a huge hassle.

The areas to take my dogs out to go potty and poo bags were complimentary.
My rooms floors were the filthiest floors I’ve ever seen and the room had a weird sour smell when you walked in I believe is the A/C unit. The shower pressure is non existent so it took me twice as long to wash my hair and get clean
5.0 / 10.0
Comfortable bed.
No cooking utensils available which defeats the point of choosing this place. They should have enough equipment available.
Also no ice machine.
“Continental” breakfast was terrible. Cheap offerings. Bad coffee.
Fire alarm testing at 9 am was unpleasant. Could have happened later.

the beds were just frames with a mattress on top, No Box springs, seemed odd. Looks like they had started renovations on the lobby and had not moved thru the rest of the facility.

The changes I requested to change a queen room to 2 double beds did not show in their system. I like that they were able to fix the room issue by adding another queen room free of charge.
We had 2 queen rooms, but the beds are not really queens! It's a double or full bed, just like the ones in the 2 double bed rooms. They shouldn't be calling it a Queen room. I measured them. Also, there is no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was soap though. We still had to ask for shampoo, but no conditioner.

Old and shady people around the property

Breakfast was not breakfast. There was only coffee. This place is a "Voucher" hotel meaning the state gives families vouchers for unhoused families to stay at and this is one of the suites/hotels that accepts them. Coming into the facility there was only one elevator and stairs. No housekeeping. We would have to bring towels downstairs in a trash bag to get new ones. There are people constantly outside smoking and the people high on things will keep you up late at night. It is not a safe area. There was a roach in the bathroom. The lady in the front did the best that she can to accommodate. I will never stay here or recommend this hotel disguised as a motel ever and for the price tag, pay an extra $50/night and go elsewhere.
More transparency. This is not a hotel. Housekeeping is only once every 7 days. The rooms smell awful. The hotel needs a new makeover inside.

The fact we were told there was breakfast.
No breakfast at all. It's grab n go coffee and muffins. The tub didn't drain well & it was very dirty. Very pricey not worth it..I don't recommend to others. There is plumbing problem s and we were charged a lot. No never returning

The breakfast was enough to tide me over for a hefty lunch at another location/restaurant.
Not in room towel service. We had to go to the front desk for towels.

Facility building and the rooms were new and clean
There was only one front desk staff checking in and out people when I checked in, bit caused delay in getting checked in. Otherwise the staff dis her best and as quickly as possible getting guests checked in and out.

Definitely the beds were super comfortable, and the staff really nice
First they didn’t had enough pillows and the faucet in the bathroom was liking and got touch up but still was leaking g water a little bit. Some noise out of the hall way people screaming and making noise and the parking too allot of people don’t know how to park at front some of the guess we’re rude.

I had a reservation and they turned us away when we were done drinking and had ubered to the property. They left us basically with no where to sleep. We then had to Uber home another 45 minutes to get home.

The staff was very nice and somewhat clean.
Hotel is run down. Need much updating and amenities. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The bathroom/showers is very old and dingy. The sink faucet need updateing as well. Faucet splashes so much water where towels are constantly being use to keep sink area dry. Hallway is very dark. The area didn't feel safe and wasn't comfortable with surroundings. Price per night was very expensive for what was offered.
