Bedbugs. Woke up to several bites on my leg. The hvac system also blew out air that smelled as I had heard from other reviews.

The food was fine. Not enough coffee. They needed to refill the pot twice and then they closed the breakfast. No signs saying open from 8:00 to 10:00. I asked for more coffee but she said it was closing. A lot of money for one cup of coffee.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean. Only concern there’s no security access to the floor so anybody can walk in off the street in the parking garage and go up the elevator to any floor. It would be nice if you had to have a key to get anywhere in the building on the floors.

Middle of the road experience

I usually enjoy staying here and have visited multiple times, but this last stay fell short. My request for extra pillows and an extra blanket was missed, and I had to follow up. Also, the front desk didn’t seem very helpful when it came to giving clear directions to my room, which made check-in more frustrating than it needed to be. Hoping to see improvements on my next visit.

Upon check in, I didn’t know where to go, i had to ask a couple times which way the elevator was. The pillows were flat and there was a blinking detector of some sort that kept me up at night. I won’t be returning.

At the moment the property parking garage is NOT SAFE. When I arrived and parked in the garage I had a terrifying run in with a large man was who was circling a car with a tire iron. I thought he was fixing a tire but as soon as I got out of my car he stopped moving and stared me down. It took me a second to register how threatening this situation was, but when I realized he looked angry and was looking like he was going to approach me I jumped back in my car. He immediately started screaming like crazy and running toward the car. I did a loop and so he doubled back and when I pulled past him to exit the garage he car he continued to yell and chase the car! I parked right by the entrance and ran in and reported this to the hotel, but of course he was gone as soon as they went down there. Later that week I saw a second woman on Google reviews who was also traveling solo have the same experience! I left a day early after I realized this guy is hunting for someone to assault. No thanks. Please don’t park in than garage and keep your eyes open.

Stay here frequently as staff is friendly & professional. Accommodations are always clean, comfortable and ready when I check in. And the food is actually pretty amazing… dinners are great and breakfast is better than any hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Look forward to when I get to stay here!
