The facility and room was nice and well maintained.

This Hotel is nice, comfortable and safe. Staff is friendly. Just watch your CC charges.

Check-in was great. Front desk associate was wonderful. Hotel layout was as expected. Public area / Lobby area was comfortable and relaxing. Did not eat any meals from Grill area.

I did not like the fact that I was charged for Breakfast/Tip/and tax that I did NOT order or have. Also, my credit card was charged an additional small charge for unknown purpose that was not included in my final bill. Note: I was able to get these charges refunded after a few attempts. One more thing, was the additional charge for self parking. The cost was reasonable, ($12.00) but should be included in the initial rate. After all, it's just a parking lot under the Hotel building.

The practice location was OK item breakfast were great

Bathroom commode overflow was not working properly called at 7:30 AM. We left at 10:45 maintenance person had not showed up very very uncomfortable.

Because of the negatives, our stay was really only a 7 at this time. We will not rush back.

The staff was great! The cleanliness was impeccable. The beds were really comfortable.

The toilet clogged up and we could not use it because it would not flush - which meant that if we wanted to use a toilet we had to go to the lobby. The barn door locked halfway to the bathroom and did not close all the way. The shampoo in the shower was hardly filled. The electrical plugs next to the bed above the end table in between the beds did not work at all to be able to charge my phone. These are all things that really need to be checked. The breakfast was shocking, the food was overcooked and really was not great!

We were charged lots of unexpected fees. They charged an additional $45 because we booked thru booking.com. then they charged us $12 for parking but the next morning their email said it was $10 for parking.

The location.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. They look like they leftovers and potatoes were dry. This sausage made me and my husband sick look like it was day old sausage overcooked,the variety wasn’t pleasing. It did not match the beauty of the hotel.

Disappointed in the hotel in general.

The location was good. The beds were comfortable.

The reason that we selected this hotel was because my grandson was supposed to have an afterparty there following his wedding. For reasons unknown to us, the bartender left before the charter bus arrived with all the guests. Therefore, his afterparty was ruined. Many of his wedding guests had booked into this hotel because of the afterparty, which never happened. We are very disappointed with these circumstances. Also, we received a notice from booking. com that the parking would be $10 per night, but the hotel said that the information was incorrect, and it was $12 a night, after showing them the email, they honored the $10 a night but said that you (booking.com) have the wrong information. When we checked out the total for the stay was significantly higher than the original bill, and we had to once again show them the email with the correct billing amount. We did receive a refund, which we will have to wait 7-10 days to receive. The refrigerator in the room was not working correctly and everything we put in it got covered in ice.

It was an excellent stay and quiet & clean and it smelt so refreshing throughout the facility!

I didn’t have breakfast , just coffee and it was enjoyable to have a nice hot cup of coffee.

One of the best in Temecula

The room was much larger than expected. Property photos are usually shot with wide-angle lenses, leading you to believe that the rooms are much larger than they are in real life, but this was not the case. Nice closet space, in-room refrigerator is a huge plus, and the best of all, the bathroom was so big I feel like you could sleep in it 😂

Our room was on the first floor, right next to the street. Even in the relatively quiet town of Temecula, a car drove by every 30 seconds after midnight, making it hard to fall asleep.

Breakfast was not included in the room rate, and we didn’t try. Location gave easy access to the wine country Pool was very pleasant. Parking was safe and convenient. Maids all said good morning

My daughter had two consecutive two day reservations ( booking .com ). She called to cancel the second reservation, and the hotel cancelled the first instead. This led to MUCH aggraviation and NO ROOM on a May Saturday. We had to pay an exorbitant $300 at another hotel. Her name is Jade Margolis. 650-918-2799. I believe it was Crystal who made the error. UNACCEPTABLE!

Aside from the friendly hotel employees it was by far our worst stay experience ever.

The location was great for where we needed to go.

Broken fridge for 2 out of the 3 days we stayed. Broken automated blinds so we had to use room lights the whole stay as opposed to natural light. We only had one room towel in the bathroom when we first arrived. There was also a dead rat in the pool. Room key was also not working majority of the second day for not only our room but doors that led out to patio as well. Had to pay a daily parking rate PLUS continental breakfast. Had no concessions whatsoever for the immense inconvenience and hassle of our stay.

Nice, new, and spacious room near Temecula downtown.

We arrived late and was too lazy to go back to town for dinner, so we ordered from their only restaurant located in the lobby area. The price was very reasonable and the food is good (not great, but very satisfying). The room is spacious, new, and bed is comfortable.

Super Bowl fun

Location Al at the bar on Super Bowl Sunday was great! We stayed ‘ ate & drank at the bar instead of going in to Old Town because he was so fun & pleasant!

We ordered our breakfast from the menu and it was delicious! Our server was very friendly and quick. The front desk help was friendly and resourceful.

The bed was way to hard for comfort. And the lighting in the closet could have been brighter to utilize.

Fantastic staff and clean. Love the bar. If I had not missed my flight I would have had a drink before turning in for the night.

1.) I did not have access to the free wifi. My computer accepted and connected to the free wifi but nothing came up on my system to ask me for room number and name to log in. Was a bit frustrating. Better instructions would have been great or a provided website address would have also helped. 2.) Breakfast at 6am is to late. Would be nice to have breakfast ready at 5:00am for those of us who have to be on project sites at 6:00am. Maybe a by request to have breakfast earlier would be nice. even if its just a grab bag.
