The nicest of the chain hotels

It’s a great hotel chain for functional travel. Everything very good- rooms clean and tasteful, nice bathroom and good shower, comfortable, well run. Good fitness room and attention to detail throughout. Breakfast was solid but drip coffee very good. Location near enough to walk to old town through back road brings you to Main Street and then front street. It was a bit pricey for this type of hotel but I enjoyed very much for a chain hotel. Very pet friendly - minded little dog loved it.

Great and helpful staff

Perfect location with easy access from San Diego and to Joshua Tree National Park. The room was spacious and confidently. Breakfast was delicious. I was particularly grateful to Jovina and the reception/house keeping staff for picking up my passport which I had forgotten in the room, and arranging to post it to me via express delivery’s service! That had been most helpful to me, sparing an enormous amount of trouble otherwise.

The hotel is in a good location that is close to old town and is clean, quiet and has nice amenities.

The property is in a nice location close to activities and freeway. Not too close to the freeway. I like the amenities and store. The pool area is nice as well.

The hotel is located in an area with no cell services and the hotels internet was not working during our stay. Needless to say that created some issues with making reservations, catching up with friends and staying in touch with family. This particular hotel should make WiFi a priority due to its location and lack of cell towers. The king bed needed another pillow and the blankets are thin.

Decent stay for the price and location, I will be back.

Bed was comfy and it was a good location for work! Also easy parking and it has a decent gym.

My room had a pretty weird smell when I got in that I had to air out with the window cracked for over an hour, and then it took the rest of the night after that for the AC to go back to a normal cool temperature😅 I didn’t love that the shower only had shampoo no conditioner.

My biggest complaint is the morning breakfast, it is always the same thing which would be ok if the food was better. Its all microwave food, microwave bacon, microwave eggs, microwave chicken fillets. The bacon smells great but it paper thin and not very tasty at all, microwave eggs are just rubbery as is the chicken filet I will say the staff working the front desk are not the friendliest, they are not rude , but they are not very warm and welcoming , they never asked how the stay was. The only one who was always nice and friendly was Matthew in the evening We have for the last several years stayed at Home 2 Suites exclusively, out of the last 5 or 6 stays this one would rank towards the bottom of all the Home2Suites

A very comfortable very well run chain, Hotel

It’s a perfect hotel of its type. It’s not somewhere you would go for a special occasion or a romantic weekend but if you need to stay somewhere nice and solid with good rooms and bathrooms and very nice staff, that is well located close to old town, but very convenient to the highway. I recommend. We came for a soccer tournament. Everybody was very happy.

Breakfast was my least favorite aspect of my 7 day stay. Way too much pre packaged, processed food. I ate instant oatmeal and pb daily together w my own yogurt and nuts fruit etc. Poor choices

Definitely felt like Home.

OMG, what didn't we like?!? This place was like home. We walked in and there was a fridge, sink, microwave, dishes, dishwashwer and SPACE!!! Full couch, comfy bed. Large bathroom. This place was exceptional. Surprised I'd never heard of it before....had to check to see where else we can find this gem. Breakfast was good. They even sell decent snacks and drink downstairs. We didn't go in the gym (over night stay) but loved what we saw in there.

We were disappointed that we didn’t spend more time in the hotel on our stay.

I felt welcomed during my stay, the staff was very friendly and professional in appearance, neatly dressed and well groomed. The property was well maintained; landscaping, exterior of the hotel, etc so driving into the property gave me a good feeling. My wife and I only stayed one night but wished we could stay longer…we’ll do that the next time.

Even though we were able to see what time it was by looking at our phones, the hotel not having a clock radio in the room was a slight inconvenience. Another inconvenience was the shower head, it was located too high for me to adjust.
