awlful hotel need NEW NIGHT STAFF we reported on friday about the room with a party next door at 122 am nothing done!!!!!!!! our door has a space around it a finger can fit bathroom looks like world war 3 THEN next night same room next door was a orgi room call girls!! for this I paid 40$ more than I do at Holiday Inn just down the road room 105 need a redo the 1 bed was a dip you roll to middle

Super clean room. Breakfast area also clean and well organized. Typical breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, potatoes, etc, but tasty and filling. I always appreciate when the breakfast is included in the room, as well as rhe free parking.

Room had a faulty in room fridge that required fixing, TV on/off not working via remote (too tired to get it fixed); electric blinds not working via switch on wall. Bath tap difficult to find hidden behind shower curtain, bath towels not close to bath position, bath mat was quite small. No cups for teeth cleaning in bathroom. Bed was very comfy. A lot of Noise from other bathrooms when they flushed or ran water. Child guests running up and down L3 corridor until 10 pm, think curfew on young children needs to be implemented to stop corridor noises for other guests. My stay coincided with juvenile football completion for next day. If children need exercise use swimming pool and exercise room not hotel corridors please.

There was no meat offered or available at breakfast. I selected this hotel based on the expectation os a good breakfast in the morning. The woman working the buffet said they must have forgotten to order sausage or bacon.

The check in was slow. The front desk was talking with someone on the phone ( business call) but we were on line for about 15 mins imagine? And then when she assigned me in a first floor , I asked if I can have a higher floor, she lectured me about specifying this during my booking . Your sink at room 313 is clogged .

When we arrived they did not have all 3 rooms on the itinerary. They were able to accommodate us but 2of the rooms were not Queen suites as paid for. Pool was closed most of the ice machines were not working. Laundry wasn’t working. Breakfast the first day was plain scrambled eggs and potatoes they hadn’t gotten their shipment of breakfast meats. Other choices were lacking as well.

Unfortunately the phone didn’t work, the blinds were broken , and when my husband talked to the front desk he said oh well . When my husband asked to speak to a manager the employee told him he’s never here and doesn’t care about your issues.

This property is absolutely one of the best places to stay. The staff is great, rooms are very clean. You can’t beat the breakfast and it’s quiet too.
