No Parking, cards didn’t work, they forgot wake up call, alarm clocks wrong time, breakfast is late, bar is super loud, front staff is rude, room is dirty

Staff was awesome.

I’m a stickler on cleanliness ..the nuts and crannies didn’t work for me. The entry door wasn’t sealed, many blemishes on the doors and walls and it smelled moldy. I will not choose or recommend this property in the future. The refrigerator is broken.

I was really surprised at how they have the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion pump with all the good stuff and smells good.

Small poorly lit rooms; bottle of water cost $5; tv remote barely functioned and was frustrating; Free breakfast was barely ok with overcooked scrambled eggs; Room service food was terrible: hard as a rock chicken nuggets that looked like they had been fried 5 times, and very overcooked smash burger.

The location and room convenience

The bathroom needed maintenance and had hair in the tub. The sink was clogged and it needed to be unclogged. The fire alarm went off at 5am with no emergency and interrupted our stay.

Overall fantastic!

Always enjoy my stays at hilton hotels! Everyone is always so kind and welcoming! Facilities are clean and easy to navigate. My only complaint is my neighbors were loud and walls were kind of thin, so it was difficult to sleep. Nothing the hotel staff can control though. Appreciate staying at this location and would return when I come back :)

That we watched a movie.

The room felt dated and poorly lit. The door was not properly sealed, allowing hallway noise and conversations to be heard clearly, and noise from upstairs neighbors was constant. Carpets throughout the hallway were dirty, and the kitchen was acceptable. For the price paid, I expected more and do not recommend.

The offers for Happy Hour and the Complimentary breakfast are great. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of either based on our time schedule

The room was much smaller than what we've had in the past at this location. The shower took a very long time to get hot and the shower head was so high that it made the water pressure too light. Also, there was an unfortunate {what appeared to be} false fire or other emergency alarm at around 5:40am which the announcement went off only once (telling us to assemble outside) but then nothing again after that.

Best Staff and quarters ever!

It was the perfect location pool and spa! Room was a small suite! We loved it living quarters had a couch bed balcony TV and a work space with a desk. Bedroom so comfy and beautiful tv as well. The breakfast was also a nice area to enjoy nice staff and a full on omelet staff gezzz I had the best veggie one. Juice,fruit, coffee and dairy free items ! We will always stay at this location going forward.

Our room had an open electrical panel with mold growing on it , very low toilet paper . Stains on the couch , one very small trash can , no dishes or silver wear at breakfast time , no manager to deal with the problems , very ride staff at front desk

Mom is handicapped. Breakfast bar is way to far from her room. On a whole different floor .

I liked that the people at the front desk were very nice and very welcoming. Even the workers during breakfast were attentive. The bed is extremely comfortable in the room.

A slightly older embassy suite. Slight stains on the carpet slight damage on the cabinets. Issue with TV in the bedroom where TV wouldn’t turn on. Had to watch TV in living room when really you just wanna be in bed after a long day and watch TV comfortably. Not watch it on a pull out bed

The TV in the living room kept buffering, annoying experience. The bedroom light stayed on all night, couldn't find the turn off switch. Turn off switch for ceiling light was somehow hidden from view. Couldn't sleep in room, had to sleep on couch in living room.

Hot tub was a kiddie pool. 3/4 years kids taking over the tub while parents sat by. Pool toys and kids. Was unable to use. Unsupervised kids no adults. Management said that there wasn't anything they could do. TV in our bedroom wasn't working correctly. Unable to control the volume. Turn off. Had to manually unplug TV. Obviously the TV was Mickey mouse because part of the backing was missing. Batteries in the remote control replaced. Same issue. Reported to the front desk and issues weren't corrected. Reported this on their survey and their main office. No response. Anything related to Hilton is a red flag for now on. Embassy Suites was a great place at one time now it's embarrassing Suites.

It looks like the place is a little older, so there was some rust and the door to our room. Looks like it doesn’t shut all the way. Also, there was a gentleman yelling across the dining area to a guest to leave their plates on the table versus approaching them and kindly taking those plates off his hands.

Hotel was awesome. Our room was dirty.

Breakfast was really good and the staff was very helpful when my key wasn’t working and when I told them I will be checking in late.

The room was really dirty. The carpet in room 349 had stains and needed shampooing really bad. The couch had some stains and looked really bad. The fridge didn’t look appealing to put our drink in and had a lot of dents. I have stayed at embassy before and this one caught me by surprise.
