The room for pet-friendly does smell. Like it is not fully cleaned, or just has odor issues from previous guests with pets.

Smells Are Hard to Overcome

The staff was engaged and attentive. The rooms are spacious for the price.

The stairwell next closest to our room (emergency exit) reeked of urine, the breakfast was sub-par for similarly priced accommodations (few choices and low quality offerings), and while I was aware that pets were allowed at the property, I was unprepared for how many pets (maybe the source of the urine smell in the stairwell?) we encountered during our two night stay.

The hotel is well situated for a Temecula visit to Old Town and wine country, and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good, and all in all it’s a great value. My complaint is that the room overlooked the freeway and traffic noise was very loud and disruptive all night long, and particularly so in the early morning hours. Hardly slept at all. Also, the bed was too soft for me.

Location

Bad odors in rooms. Outlets malfunctioned, AC unit noise was so loud could not hear TV or phone conversations. TV didn't work. Freezer in mini fridge didn't work in several rooms. Hairs in bathtub upon arrival. Understaffed. Some rooms poorly furnished. More expensive rooms looked like the pictures. The rest did not.

Terrifying Experience

The guy at the desk in the morning was understanding and friendly

Room 218 had no locks window slid right open screen was loose had a make shift walkway outside the window a wall blocked my window from view requested something to secure window lady seemed annoyed. Soon after I turned my tv on it was about 12 30 pm man in 318 above me seemed to be on something he stomped his feet jumped up and down slammed something to the ground went in and out of his door slamming it it happend back to back then randomly it was very aggressive and I was afraid to call the woman downstairs for both our safety. I packed my bag and left.

Disappointed

I was not pleased with the fact that I would be staying for 5 days and 4 nights but would only have my room cleaned once. When housekeeping came the room was not actually cleaned. The door to the room would not properly latch shut unless u shoved or pulled with your whole body weight. I was disappointed with how warm the hallways were on a daily basis and disgusted by the smell. The stairwell hallways smelled so strongly of animal urine that your eyes would burn. The second night of my stay I was awoken at 2:30 in the morning to someone knocking on my door. This not being due to the staff but in general caused a sense of unease at this location. I will not be returning.

Very outdated water pressure was terrible. The location behind a car wash. We stayed 3 nights and because of low staff we didn’t get service to room even when requested for new towels. Spending a decent amount of money we should get more towels and have trash taken out

Bed was comfortable and fridge also had a freezer.

The key cards and doors would not work. The place was also poorly taken care of. When walking in my room, I could tell it was not cleaned. There were stains on the walls and I found fresh liquids staining the fridge. It did not feel justified for its $200 price tag and felt disappointing.
