Very good location for our needs. Close to all amenities. We did some wine tours, so it was a great location for that. Breakfast was good as well.

I’ve stayed in several H Inn Express over many years and I did find this location certainly at the bottom for cleanliness. It may be older and it did look like renovations were set to go there so this could be the reason it rates lower.

No washing machine available to do our Landry for our entire weeks stay. Every time we asked when it would be fixed they did not know. In addition there was no fresh juice for breakfast as the machine was also broken. We have stayed at this hotel in numerous occasions and was very disappointed

The bed was comfortable and that was it. Customer service at the desk the evening of our arrival Dec 6th, did everything she could to make up for some of the inconvenience of no water, no washcloths etc. She was really being as helpful as she could be while managing a full house of soccer kids and soccer moms

No water available for coffee. Machine broken TV not functioning - was told the management was in the middle of renovation Not enough Parking - again due to renovation. Large Storage trailers took the room leaving us no choice but to park in restaurant parking lot. Very inconvenient In the morning person at front desk gave a former occupant a key to our room and she opened our door, woke us up, scared us half to death asking about her daughter's shoes. We have no idea why one of your employees would allow an occupant to open a room she was no longer in, and not look to see if there was another occupant. Horrible. We went downstairs to eat, came back up and our keys no longer worked. We did complain to your morning person about our intruder and she gave us new keys so we could get back into our room. No washcloths in our room. Front desk said they ran out No orange juice for breakfast as the machine was broken. No one bothered to pour OJ into another pitcher. Food was cold and had no taste. Disappointing because the omelettes showed promise. WE got the last two and 10 minutes later your person managing breakfast brought out some more, but the cheese was cold inside. .

I will be calling for a refund. Booked a 2 double bed room, they gave us a single bed. They switched our room to a 2 double bed room, but when we arrived back to the room at the end of the night, someone else was in OUR ROOM! Then we were switched back to our original 1 bedroom room . Horrible experience. I will be calling to request a full refund

Shabby, very dated and in need of refurbishment. Dark dank bathroom. Room TV was ancient and sticky stuff on remote. Unable to turn TV on, had to wait 1/2 hr & call 2x for maintenance help. The cable input button on remote did not work, so you had to use buttons on side of tv to get hdmi2 cable. All room plugs were old & damaged so that cell plug kept falling out. Staff was excellent. Hotel is not up to Holiday Inn standards.

A decent deal for what you pay for.

The value for the room was the primary reason for our selection. While it's not in the worst location, it's not in a great location either. Very close to the freeway, there's an Arby's, Wendy's and another fast food chain nearby. Free parking is ALWAYS a plus and the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was pretty nice as well. But overall this hotel needs a makeover! I'll add move in the "didn't like". We had free breakfast available to us, but didn't take advantage of it. But nonetheless a nice touch! Carlos checked us in and was great, very friendly. They had Dove toiletries available, from hand wash, lotion, to body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

While the value was great, the rooms need some love! There was plenty of room for my husband and I, but carpet in hotel rooms, is just nasty! Don't worry, I ALWAYS bring slippers, but the room had this smell that indicated those carpets need a deep cleaning! Also if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to light, turn off the automatic light in the hallway. Nice to have if you're checking in late, but when you're sleeping, not so much. But this is a really preference.

We booked with the intention of going swimming and it was closed due to renovations and we werent informed or I would’ve booked elsewhere. The room has a bit of a musty smell we had to keep the fan and ac on or it would smell and feel musty. There was ants in the bathroom floor we would clean it up and they would just reappear.

A Peaceful Time

I enjoy the location and the places for food. The rooms are spacious & clean. Bathrooms are clean.... towels are provided. The beds are comfortable & cozy...pillows are a little soft..would prefer a firmer pillow

The hand soap dispenser should have been changed or refilled. It was hard to get hand soap to dispense. When I went to the Front Desk to ask if there were any combs. The combs given were not for my hair type. An assortment of combs should be available for all hair types. All guests do not have straight hair. Some of us have curly hair.lol

When I made the reservation online I specifically requested a room with an ADA bathroom. The room was not equipped except for a handrail for use to step in and out of the tub. There were no other rails for the shower or the toilet. I called the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and the clerk told me that there were no notes for my reservation regarding asking for an ADA room and he would not be able to move me because the hotel was fully booked. So needless to say I was unable to shower for my entire stay due to fear of slipping and falling. I'm am completely disappointed with my experience and failure to resolve my issues.

The carpet in the room smells odor. Microwave is outdated. Not sure if it is the reason but our next two room got a fire alarm because some food is burned in the microwave. We had to evaluate at 10:30’pm. Was a sacred. I stayed on another location hotel before in 2008 in Utah. It was supper decent and clean. But this one is not what I expected. A bit disappointed. AC is loud.
