The Customer Service here is what it used to be many years ago - excellent! Truly, you feel welcomed here. Of course the room was nice & clean but above all, the people made all the difference. Shoutout to Sylvester who kept checking in on us. Perhaps you should start training other people on what it is to exemplify excellence in customer service.

Staff wasn’t very attentive. I couldn’t reach the front desk or housekeeping at 9pm , by phone. I went downstairs and asked the person at the desk for an additional pillow. I never received one. In addition, the food was subpar, some gluten free options would be nice.

Sylvester at check in was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The hotel was really quiet, I stayed on a Thursday which may have been the reason. My only complaint is the hall and elevator had a weird stinky smell, but I didn't mind too much as I wasn't sleeping there.

A great find in a perfect location. Minutes from Old Town and the Industrial area. Great for work and evening entertainment. The room had plenty of space, completed with a kitchenette. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I asked to change rooms after we checked in as the sofa looked awful with stains and rips. The fella who was at the front desk was apologetic and moved us. The next room was the same, but it was late at night and we were tired. In the am asked the mgr. about it and she said as they are dog friendly, they clean them once a month and that is the way it is, and it cannot be helped! So, we asked for a sheet, and wrapped it over the sofa. We are in the Hilton Honors and have stayed at 2 other Hotel2Suites this past year. I loved the daily change of the breakfast menu. We stayed 6 nights and when I asked about the breakfast always the same, I was told they felt it was better to let clients assemble their own breakfast sandwich. Seemed like an easier way for the Hotel to me. Also, the other locations had real plates & metal utensils for breakfast. Here it is only paper plates & plastic utensils. This is petty but arriving from a long stressful travel day I knew that the other sites sold bottles of wine. The empty spaces were on the shelf, as they were sold out of all the wine.

This was our first stay at a Home2Suites and we were very pleasantly surprised by the large room size, the nearly full kitchen with dishwasher and full size refrigerator, dinnerware and glassware, that made it feel like a home away from home experience that we could have stayed at for weeks if we had more time. The staff were also extremely helpful too, and helped us connect our extended day that we added to keep us from having to change rooms. We also had a small accident in our kitchen area with some broken glass and a very prompt and courteous young man from housekeeping came right up to ensure all the glass was cleaned up.
