Het receptie personeel was zeer vriendelijk en kan altijd helpen, goede bedden niet te zacht.
Veel lawaai van de bovenburen. Ik heb meerdere nachten maar ongeveer 4 uur kunnen slapen omdat het lawaai tot 2 uur ’s nachts doorging. De isolatie tussen de kamers boven elkaar is duidelijk onvoldoende. Daarnaast is er geen airconditioning, wat erg vervelend is om te slapen bij temperaturen van rond de 27 °C. Ook het ontbijt viel tegen: er is geen buffet, maar slechts één keuze. Je krijgt bovendien maar één drankje; voor een extra drankje moet je bijbetalen.
