I highly recommend Hotel Vissi d’Arte—it far exceeds expectations, and the photos don’t capture its true beauty. The rooms are stunning, thoughtfully designed, and enhanced by elegant artwork. The Hästens mattresses provided the most restful sleep, truly living up to their reputation for luxury. The staff, especially Dennis, were exceptional, always warm, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure an unforgettable stay. Thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine, fresh fruit replenished daily, and Molton Brown amenities elevated the experience even further. Even the parking garage was impressive—the nicest we’ve ever seen. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Old Town. Without question, I would stay here again.

Everything was just great, from check-in to check-out. It was very nice to receive a complimentary birthday cake, fruit plate and a bottle of red wine from the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help, and the views from the terrace were just fantastic

The noise from the nearby construction site made it a bit difficult to sit on the terrace, and a construction crane sometimes blocked the view, but there was nothing you could do about it

Perfect hotel with no question that this should be where you stay in Montenegro

Hotel is simply stunning, the balcony and sea views with the hammock are incredible to look at and to utilise, the staff (in particular Denis) could honestly not be more helpful and kind. This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at and wouldn’t question returning if we came back to Montenegro. It’s safe, secure, clean, well decorated, modern and you can hardly hear any disturbances from the outside when your patio doors are closed. Denis was perfect at being on hand via WhatsApp to help arrange any taxis or excursions we wanted to go on and arranged a boat ride when we arrived to enjoy the sunset around the bay. Absolutely perfect! Breakfast and all food at the hotel and drinks are all also perfect. Only a short journey to arrive in Budva from the airport via a transfer arranged by Denis and equally a short journey to Kotor to enjoy that town too.

Absolutely no fault of the hotel but there is a lot of construction going on around the hotel however with the doors closed at night and the air con on there were no disturbances and we were never disturbed in the early morning when we wanted a lie in

Central location, close to marina and old town, main attractions. Staff is extremely attentive and polite. Great view from the terrace on Budva bay. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast served at the room.

Because of the central location close to restaurants and marina it can be a bit noisy from outside late at night. In the morning I wish black out was better at the room to enjoy longer sleep at a comfy bed.

Breakfast was served to the room at our request. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. To the point of making gluten free bread for my girlfriend especially. Really amazing. Every time we arrived to the room in the afternoon, 5 min after we got into the room, there was a knock on the door and a beautiful fruit plate was delivered. Truly exceptional.

The only issue we experienced was the fact that there is construction outside the hotel and it is noisy during the day. As we spent the days touring around it really only bugged us during breakfast as it was simply impossible to sit outside. However, the staff apologized for it so many times I really feel bad even writing this.

I was on a short trip through Budva. This hotel is a real gem. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the cleanliness, the Hastens beds, the garage, the food, the location., the view...I will definitely come again.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at!

We have stayed at a lot of 5* hotels but this has been, by far, the best and nicest place ever! The suite is beautifully decorated and it was so lovely to have all the extra space. All the little extra touches, like the bottles of water, the bottle of wine, the fruit platter and the evening canapes made it even more special! The breakfast was exceptional and having it served up in the room was a very relaxing way to start the day. Everyone was extremely lovely, friendly and helpful but I would like to give a particular mention and a very special thank you to Jovan for all his help in organising my birthday surprises with my husband. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, if you can stay anywhere in Budva stay here, you won't regret it!

Fantastic, would definitely come back

Location - close to the dock, the old town, and restaurants and bars. Also there are shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. Room - the view is absolutely stunning!! You can enjoy both the city view and the sea view in one room. Don’t hesitate to choose the room with two terraces, definitely worth it. Service - best service I ever had. The hotel managers and staff are so friendly and helpful (shout out to Jovan who boosts our stay from every perspective)!

From where should I start? I mean we have never ever been pampered and spoiled like in such hotel..the whole staff is incredibly professional and welcoming with a big smile on their faces. The service is A+. I mean we felt like they were our family. The care and fast response leaves a wowing effect. Thank you Jovan, Amra, Natalia, Marco and Dragon. Your faces will always be remebered 💙. Also,the breakfast is amazing with lots of varities. The location is right in the middle of everyrhing. You have clubs, restaurants and supermarkets that are 1 mins away by foot. The old town is 8 mins away by foot. The local taxis is way cheap if you want to kove around. The view of the room is breathtaking. They manage to give you an access to the Spa and infinity pool located in Avala Hotel, which is 2 mins away. They even offerto give you a lift by their golf cart. Thank you thank you thank you for making Budva and our honeymoon memorable 😍

Hotel Vissi d’ arte One of the best hotels I have ever experienced!! I would deliver huge thank you to every one who organized our anniversary stay! I highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE who visits Budva! I usually prefer branded hotels like Rits/One&Only/Four seasons, I and my boyfriend found this precious hotel by accident and it turned out we made the best decision for our trip. I would say everything was on the point but most of all the staff and customer service are exceptional. • Even before check in the team called my bf to brief about the hotel stay and wished for a safe trip until check in. • Upon arrival the whole team welcomed us and briefed about hotel facilities and services. • Every time we entered the hotel the whole team was so attentive and engaging with us friendly, offered drinks and towels. • We found surprise everyday which the whole team prepared, • When we entered they had a cute welcome surprise on the table with fresh flowers and complimentary wine and some fruits. • Next day the team prepared surprise anniversary event with balloons our name on it and beautifully decorated cakes and champagne and some fruits. It was so impressive that we felt it was prepared with genuine kind heart, effort and time. (I took 10000+pictures) • If you like taking pictures you will find so many picture spots in this beautiful hotel. • When we left hotel they gave us really thoughtful farewell presents with warm words which melts my heart. • Again, thank you so much too all! • The location of the hotel is like perfect in the middle of Budva and 3mins walk from old town where all these to be seen places are. • There is really popular lounge bar at the back of the hotel which you can easily go down and enjoy night life in Budva. • Also there is really cute clothing shop called Nina’s collection downstairs of the hotel. • The view is the BEST you can get from any hotels in Budva.

A massive thankyou to Dragon and the team at the Vissi d'art Hotel for making my fiancée and myselfs engagement experience a sensational one! A very warm welcome from the team upon arrival and stopped at nothing to ensure all of our needs were met. We can't appreciate enough what you have done. An extremely well presented room, with many surprises for my parter upon room entrance. We highly recommend anyone that wishes to stay here to definatly do so - you will not be disappointed. Breakfast delivered to our room on time each day was also delicious. Overall a very efficiently ran hotel that strives to deliver on their amazing customer satisfaction. A vacation that will be remembered forever.

We've got a personal treatment of a king and a queen! Liliana and the staff were available 24/7 on WhatsApp and for sure they did their best. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience to receive such a high level of service from the staff, and at the same time enjoy a spectacular suite! a sea view, piano, luxurious design, and a huge and comfortable bed that gave us a deep and restful sleep. After booking this hotel on "Booking" Liliana sent me her WhatsApp and helped me organize our custom marriage proposal! She just wrote to me "Let me fulfill everything you can imagine". Her offer included roses, romantic background music to choose from with a huge TV, a cake with a personal dedication, local wine, a large and invested fruit tray, and everything in perfect timing to surprise my fiancée. ( Ljiljana saved me a lot of time and organized everything exemplary! ) We received a gift every time that we got back to our room, for example Dessert and cocktail awaited us in the room, personal gifts an sweets in the reception and more… Liliana was available on WhatsApp at every possible hour and she immediately activated the whole team to make us feel like kings. Everyone on Facebook comments us that it seems like a dream hotel and talk about it for weeks… A vacation that will be remembered forever.

Our greatest stay at Montenegro

The breakfast was marvellous! Eating in our comfortable room was great, not having to leave your room for breakfast is a really nice thing, especially if you don't like the early hours for breakfast. Usually, we don't get to see the breakfast in hotels we stay in because we do not like getting up early on vacations. We have been there for our 5th anniversary, Filip, prepared a really thoughtful surprise for us. We came to our room and found the table set with a cake and balloons!! I wasn't expecting it and it really made my day that day. I was pregnant at the time and I had an unexpected allergic reaction to a vitamin I got. Filip drove us to the pharmacy and he was sooo helpful all along, kept asking if we needed anything else. He even helped us after we checked out. He couldn't have been any nicer. We stayed at 3 different hotels- I wish we only did Vissi D'arte. It was a pleasure.
