Nice hotel near to the beach

The most positive thing was how close the hotel was to the beach, it only took us 10 minutes to get there. Besides that, the area was full of shops, restaurants and everything we needed. The staff was also very nice and kind: they tried to make our breakfast more varied. We also used the cleaning service, and the room was spotless afterwards.

Although the staff tried to make our breakfast more varied, there was no buffet, and we had only three options to choose from for the entire week. At the reception, there was usually nobody, so if we had any questions, we didn’t really know where to go. Unfortunately, the walls of the rooms were quite thin, so noise from outside and neighboring rooms came in easily.

Great hotel

For money that we paid everything was excellent. Room was clean and the breakfast was amazing. All stuff was really kind and and they do even though some stupid things that we ask from them. Thank you so much. We will come again.

Only bad thing can be parking but the manager of the hotel or the owner I’m not sure he will be there to help you with that.

Номер был очень старый. Мебель старая и в плохом состоянии. Кровать продавлена и скрипела. Душ очень маленький и ужасно неудобный. Никакой звукоизоляции, было слышно всё, что происходит в соседних номера и особенно в коридоре. Везде неприятный запах затхлости. Абсолютно не советую, особенно за такие деньги.

Türkiye’demişcesine yaşanan bir konaklama.

Tesis budva merkezin içerisinde türk bir aile işletiyor sağ olsunlar bizi kendi evimizdeymişcesine ağırladılar. Sabah Türk kahvaltısı ve çayı ile güne başlamak çok güzeldi. Merkeze sahile 2 dakika içerisinde yürüyerek varabiliyorsunuz. Budva’da otopark büyük bir sorun sağ olsunlar o konuda da yardımcı oluyorlar.

Her şeyini beğendik çok teşekkür ederiz.

Хорошее расположение - близко до Старого Города, набережной. Очень приветливый персонал. Всегда готовы помочь и выполнить пожелания гостя. Отель соответствует категории 3*. В номере убирают только тогда, когда гость попросит об этом. Это касается также и выноса мусора и замены белья и полотенец - нужно говорить, чтобы заменили. Персонал не заходит в номера без просьбы гостя. В номере есть электрочайник. При заселении лежало 3 пакетика чая и кофе. Потом приходилось просить, чтобы дали. Шампунь и гель для душа также были в ванной только при заселении. Потом нужно было просить. Номер чистый, свежее белье и полотенца. На полу ковролин, это было комфортно. На балконе есть стол и 2 стула. В душевой хороший напор воды, сантехника вся в исправном состоянии.

Немного устаревшая мебель в номере. Холодильник почему-то подтекал и в нем собиралась вода. В общем коридоре иногда был не свежий запах. Не хватало сушки для пляжных принадлежностей, приходилось сушить подстилки и купальники на стульях и поручнях на балконе. Однообразный завтрак. Нет лифта.

Sijainti ok, lue muut huomiot.

Sijainti on hyvä ja toimiva, vaikkakin vaatii hyvää kuntoa kulkeakseen kaupungin ”vakiopaikkoihin”. Huone oli tilava ja parveke riittävä. Kosmetiikkatuotteet olivat laadukkaita. Aamupalan idea oli hyvä ja laatukin, pientä vaihtelua kaipaisi välillä. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Iso kiitos receptionin lapsille, yrititte kovasti ja parhaanne!

Kommunikaatio henkilökunnan kanssa oli vaikeaa. Receptionissa usein kaksi lasta, jotka yrittivät parhaansa. Aikuisten kanssa oli kommunikaatiohaasteita, ravintolahenkilökunta ei käytännössä osannut englantia ja väärinkäsityksiä syntyi aluksi päivittäin. Aluksi luvattiin että huone siivotaan päivittäin. Lopulta viikon lomalla huone siivottiin kerran, viidentenä päivänä kun neljättä päivää sitä pyysimme ja lopulta vaadimme, kun pyyhkeet, wc -paperi jne. Alkoivat loppua. Siivosimme itse, veimme roskat jne. Huone oli vanhahtava ja haisi ajoittain oudolle. Katonrajassa kosteusvaurion jälkiä. Tupakan haju tuli huoneeseen ajoittain todella vahvasti, koska ilmeisesti henkilökunta poltti rappukäytävässä päivittäin tms. Viimeinen ongelma tuli maksun kanssa. Bookingin ohjeissa oli että ”vain korttimaksu.” Todellisuudessa vain käteismaksu kävi. Kuulemma korttipääte epäkunnossa, mutta tästä tuli itselle lisäkuluja n.18€ kun suoritti ulkomailla käteisnoston. Asiallisen kuitin sain lopulta vaatimalla, onneksi.

However the balcony was not cleaned up. There were trashes at there just after our check in. odamizin balkonunda bir onceki misafirden kalma çöpler vardi. Balon hic temizlenmemisti. 체크인 하고 들어갔는데 발코니에 쓰레기랑 먹다남은 음식 부스러기들 있었음. 아마 발코니는 아예 청소가 안돼어있던듯함.

Kahvaltıda sıcak seçenekleri var , budvada şimdiye kadar yaptığım en iyi kahvaltıydı . Bunun yanında isterseniz Türk tostunu da deneyebilirsiniz . Tüm çalışanlara ve restauranttaki arkadaşlara ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Hotel genel olarak konumu ve olanakları açısından çok güzeldi . Old towns yakın plajlara çok yakın .
