The location is excellent — very close to the Old Town and near plenty of food options. The space was clean, which we appreciated. However, the room was quite small, with not much space to store two medium-sized suitcases comfortably.
The check-in experience could have been better. We had informed the accommodation of late check-in but didn’t receive any further instructions. No one was at the reception when we arrived as it was after working hours, so we weren’t sure how to check in. We called the staff and thankfully got a prompt response. They mentioned that check-in instructions had been provided, but we couldn’t find them on the booking platform. Overall, decent stay if you prioritize location and cleanliness, but communication and space could be improved.
