Nice place to stay

The pictures are real, everything looks well maintained. Very spacious, we traveled with our 7 week baby and could relax while my husband worked at the kitchen counter. Location is perfect for us, as my sister lives just 10 min walking

My only complaint is the smell of the building, it is really horrible, smells like humidity and, in our case, the small lift (the pushchair just fit)

Great place in a great neighborhood!

The apartment is very spacious, clean, well furnished and we found complimentary water, coffee, tea, cooking spices at our arrival (nice welcoming gesture). The neighborhood is cozy and you have supermarkets and shops nearby. Parking is easy, 50-100m far from the apartment, it costs approx 6€\day (easypark app) but it's free at night and it has 2 charging stations

At night it was sometimes noisy (neighbors upstairs), nothing very loud but you could hear movement at night despite the town (very busy during the day) becomes very quiet at night.

Goede bedden, fijne douche en rustig.

Het was niet af: geen WiFi, te weinig lampen, geen sfeerlicht, te weinig stoelen (4 stuks voor 6 pers. appt) de schroeven van de stoelen zaten zelfs nog los, losse wc bril, gordijnen sloten niet aan enfin kale bedoeling terwijl appartement wel potentie heeft. Staat er een enorme zwarte lelijke afgesloten kist in de mooie douche, jammer!

Leuk verblijf maar kan

Binnen super proper, het rook wel alsof er in het appartement gerookt werd.

Het terras buiten was super vuil, duivenstront over heel het terras.

Proper, goed ingericht

Veel geluid van de buren en verwarming woonkamer werkte niet. Bij aankomst ijskoud, verwarming op zeer lage stand en ramen open.

Ruim, modern en schoon appartement op prima loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en centrum

De locatie, op goede loopafstand van het centrum en toch niet in de drukte.

Het enige was dat er veel duivenpoep op het balkon lag, maar wij hadden het balkon niet nodig. Eerder een slordig gezicht.

Het was ‘gewoon’…

De ligging was goed. Basisgerief in de keuken was aanwezig.

Heel veel lawaai ‘s nachts van de bovenburen; ook in de hall bij de trappen en de lift. De gordijnen sluiten niet in de living. Het was ook niet geschikt om 6 personen plaats te laten nemen aan tafel (slechts 4 stoelen!).

Arnaque. A fuir.

Pas loin d'une heure à attendre que le propriétaire me rappelle car je n'avais pas les clefs du bon logement. Je n'ai donc pas séjourné dans le logement réservé. Le lit était sale. La terrasse était dans un état déplorable, squattée par des pigeons et rempli de mégots. Malgré plusieurs appels, je n'ai jamais eu d'eau chaude à la douche. Une tv non fonctionnelle dans la chambre. L'immeuble est très bruyant à toutes heures de la nuit. Je n'ai pas pu rester l'entièreté du séjour.

Si j'ai l'occasion de retourner à Malignes, je relouerai cet appartement.

Grand appartement et très très propre. Tout était soigné et tout était présent pour cuisiner. Super literie. Le séjour aurait été presque parfait si nous n'avions pas eu le problème de douche. Mes enfants ont très bien dormi et s'y sont bien sentis. Très grande douche. Nous avons également eu de très gentils attention (gel douche...), les serviettes étaient joliment présentées (comme dans un hôtel). Nous avons également croisé l'hôte qui a été très gentil avec nous et qui nous as gentiment résolu notre petit problème de clefs. La rue ou nous étions est très jolie et très propre, il était donc appréciable de regarder par la fenêtre. Mon mari qui est fumeur a apprécié la terrasse. Nous avions un peu peur car sur booking, il n'y avait aucun avis mais nous avons été agréablement surpris.

Il y a un problème de douche, c'est soit trop chaud soit trop froid donc nous n'avons pas pu nous laver correctement... Mais cela se règle, nous aurions préféré que cela soit testé avant notre passage. Nous étions également un peu mal a l'aise car il manque des rideaux dans le salon.... il suffit d'en ajouter et le logement sera parfait.
