The host provided very good instructions which made finding the apartment very easy. It was very clean and as advertised. We would not hesitate to recommend to a family. It was also very helpful that there was an action and an Aldi accessible from the carpark.

Ev genel anlamda temizdi fakat köşe bucak biraz kirliydi… daire kapısı daha önce zorlanmış ve kilit yeri kırıl gibiydi . Çok güvenli değildi.

⚠️ Mal olor constante y váter roto

He reservado muchas veces en Booking y siempre he tenido buenas experiencias, pero esta ha sido la peor de todas. Cuando llegamos al apartamento el 10 de julio a las 19:40, todavía no estaba listo y tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos fuera con las maletas porque el propietario estaba limpiando tras una rotura de ventana. Desde el primer día, el baño olía fatal, sin explicación. Al quinto día apareció un conserje sin previo aviso y descubrimos que el váter no estaba conectado a la red de tuberías, así que todo lo que salía del vater iba directamente al hueco del edificio. ¡Una situación insalubre e inadmisible! No solo no lo arreglaron en el momento, sino que pretendían que estuviéramos en casa por la tarde para hacerlo. Al final tuvimos que dejar las llaves y perdimos toda la mañana por su culpa. Incluso tuve que bajar a un bar a pagar para usar su baño, porque el nuestro era inutilizable. Para rematar, después de la “reparación”, nadie nos avisó de que ya estaba listo. Al volver, el baño seguía oliendo muy mal y estaba lleno de suciedad No nos ofrecieron disculpas ni compensación. Solo quieren cobrar sin preocuparse por el estado del alojamiento o la experiencia del cliente. Este apartamento no debería estar en Booking. Muy decepcionada. Para la gente que quieran reservar este apartamento. NO LO HAGÁIS. Muy malas condiciones y muy mala gestión por parte del personal. Os adjunto fotos para que lo veáis.
