Near the highway, east parking even with a trailer.

Second hand furniture or really cheap stuff but the price is also low, value for money 😀

Nice to stay but far from the center

Check-in was smooth. The area is quiet and beautiful. The accommodation was nice and clean, equipped with all the necessary utensils.

The area is far from the city center, and you need to walk about 20 minutes from the train station to get there. It takes almost 1h to arrive in the center.

Suitable for the night before or after a flight

You can see that the place has been renovated to a high standard. It is a house divided into rooms - each room has a shower and toilet - downstairs the living room and kitchen are shared and there is a large yard. You can see that the host thought and invested in even the smallest details (from two toothbrushes, to hygiene products, phone chargers, etc. to make sure you have everything in the room). He is available for any request or question. I enjoyed staying here.

Not only you have a good size room with a decent bathroom, but also access to a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, where you can eat your self cooked dinner. Polish family operates this business, and they seem to seriously care about its reputation. Can recommend without reservation

Excellent accommodation

The house is as described: spacious, beautifully, functionally furnished and just what I expected. The room has its own bathroom and there is a large common area with a well-equipped kitchen within the house. Everything is as described and in the photos - practical and useful for a short stay or a longer vacation. You can prepare a simple meal, get a good night's rest, as it is very quiet there at night, and leave your car safely in the parking lot. I recommend it.

Perfect, amazing, thoughtful

Adam is an amazing host. I stayed for 3 weeks and I had everything I needed at the house: washing machine, kitchen, towels, personal highene items like tooth brush etc. The entire place was SUPER CLEAN. I had my own bathroom and shower. My stay was perfect. There were bicicletes available for use as well. The location is great as it is very well connected to the airpor via bus line. Perfect for one night stays and for longer stays. I won't doubt my choice for the next time. To summarise, it exceeded my expectations.

Good place but disappointed by the welcome

We were looking for an affordable room in bruxelles so it was great on this point. The place was also well furnished.

The welcome was not good. We spent a lot of time to find instructions for our room because we'd received any call after booking the place. There was also a problem with the bathroom. We struggle in the morning to find a slot to take a bath because the owners were coordinating to take the bathroom before us.

Als we vanuit Brussel moeten vliegen : prima adresje!

Prima kamer en badkamer waarin inderdaad alles voorzien was, ook voor de verstrooide reiziger die zijn tandenborstel of zeep vergat. Verwacht hier geen hotel-sfeer : het is eerder een 'thuis'. Een grote gedeelde living en keuken, een tuin om buiten te zitten als het mooi weer is. Gastheer Adam zorgde pico bello voor onze shuttle van en naar de luchthaven. Onze auto mocht die week bij hem op de parking blijven staan mits (kleine) vergoeding, wat ons een gevoel van veiligheid gaf. Als je in de regio bent om bvb. te wandelen in de verschillende natuurgebieden in de buurt, is dit een prima en budgetvriendelijke uitvalsbasis. Lekker Italiaans restaurant in de zeer nabije omgeving.

De keuken had iets meer gepoetst mogen zijn.... Communicatie met Adam verloopt in het Engels (hij is Pools) en om die reden soms een beetje verwarrend....

Es dürfte schwer sein, zu diesem Preis, noch eine Unterkunft dieser Qualität zu finden

Zur Ankunft. Es hat alles gut geklappt, vom kostenlosen Parkplatz bis zur Schlüsselübergabe per Code. In der Wohnung steht wirklich alles zur Verfügung. Man hätte auch ohne Irgentwas , ausser Kleidung anreisen können.

Einziger Schwachpunkt, Es war kalt im Zimmer, und wir haben nicht herausgefunden, wie man die Heizung einstellen konnte .Das ist jetzt das 2. Hotel in Folge, wo die Heizung für uns nicht regelbar war. Wir sind mit diesen modernen Installationen überfordert, ohne Erklärung

Es war alles perfekt. Die Vermieter waren übelst freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit, da ich zu blöd war die Nachricht richtig zu lesen. 😁 Die Zimmer waren sehr modern und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage war gut. Zwar ruhig, aber man ist auch schnell in der Stadt. Parkplätze gibt es auch genügend. Also ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Perfect voor luchthaven bezoek

De kamer had meer te bieden dan welke ik ooit in geslapen heb. Ruime hoeveelheid toiletartikelen (douchegels, shampoos, Tandenborstels, tandpasta, oorstaafjes, wattenschijfjes dames hygiëne producten, flesje water, chocolaatjes, opladers)

Was wel wat gehorig. Late binnenkomst en vroege vertrekken van de andere gasten krijg je mee. Hond in het huis ruik je zo af en toe.

De tuin, vuurkorf As aanwezig, maar veel rommel overal

Kamers waren vuil, gebruikte scheermesjes in de badkamer. De eigenaar was zeer onvriendelijk, komen op de kamerdeur kloppen om 23u dat het stil moet zijn, er mag dus niets gepraat worden alsook het kijken van tv was "te luid". Raam in de kamer was vuil en kapot (gebarsten) Veel privacy heb je hier absoluut niet! Teleurgesteld. Dit was een veel te duur verblijf voor hetgeen dat je krijgt.

Goed, maar niet in de winter.

- Alles was voldoende voorzien voor persoonlijke hygiëne. - Perfecte douche. - Uitstekend bed. - We hebben enkel de slaapkamer gebruikt, we kunnen de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes niet beoordelen. - Toegang was met een cijfercode, we hebben niemand verantwoordelijk voor de receptie gezien.

- Het dekbed is veel te klein voor het bed. Het was eerder één voor een kinderbed. - We hebben het eerder koud gehad tijdens de nacht, het verwarmingspaneel geeft geen comfortabele warmte, eerder een straling af. Het bed staat onder de schuine dakwand zodat er aan deze zijde een koude uitstraling is. Tijdens warmere nachten zou dit geen probleem hoeven te zijn, daarentegen tijdens de winter … - Communicatie in het Engels? Dit moet in het Nederlands, Engelse taal is facultatief. Deze onderneming ligt in Vlaanderen.

Pand heeft echt een opknapbeurt nodig. Niet alles is te maken met duct tape. Likje verf zou ook geen kwaad kunnen. Bed ligt prima maar de matrashoes is te klein waardoor deze los gaat snachts

Excellent accueil, hôte disponible et très efficace. On sent une certaine habitude de ces réceptions.

Chambre en cours de réalisation, exigüe et non adaptée à une grande personne. Les "étagères" de la salle d'eau ne tiennent pas au mur, il ne faut rien y poser, mais il y a très peu de place pour poser une trousse de toilette ou autre chose ailleurs dans cette salle de WC avec lave-mains. Confort relatif, et finitions inexistantes. Aucune vue depuis la chambre. Rapport qualité/prix décevant de ce fait. Je pense en voyant les autres photos de ces logements que nous avons malheureusement eu la plus petite chambre et elle devait être en cours de finition !

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het huis staat in een rustige straat. De communicatie ging zeer vlot maar voor de rest kan je er niet veel goeds over zeggen.

Alles was oud en eerlijk gezegd niet echt proper. De kamer was heel basic en er lag achter het bed veel stof. De keuken was goed uitgerust maar ook weer niet echt proper, binnenin de kasten, koelkast. Het huis is ook echt heel gehorig.
