Excellent situation for reaching the centre of Brussels easily - in a very relaxing location

Perfect place to stay if you come to Brussels by car and visit the city itself by train

Overpriced.

I liked the team , they were very nice and tried to help as much as I can.

I didn’t like having a shower in the middle of the room, is that even legal? In the booking description it didn’t say that and also it said we could chose between bathtub and shower and apparently it was wrong the description ( host blamed it on booking) . For 100 € a hotel that’s not even in the city of Brussels it’s a steal and the room was very basic not charming or anything special that would make the price worth it , no lift, no good room , it was very basic I would have payed 60 € maximum . To be honest, I wouldn’t come again and the bed was very very hard and uncomfortable, they borrowed me an iron without a table ? For ironing and the iron was very weird it left a white weird dust while using it , I used a black dress and it was awful the result . Unfortunately not recommend .

It was getting quite warm. I can imagine it can get hot in the summer. There was a smell in the hallway/staircase.

Bad check in procedure. I was waiting in the cold almost 1 hour to find a locked reception. The room key was at the door but I was not informed which room was appointed to me. Poor check in communication.

The owners were really welcoming and easygoing, it felt very familiar and everything was nice and clean.

It was quite close to the trains, but most of the noise got canceled out by the high quality windows.

Small but compact, clean room. Location was great for catching train to and from Brussels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed. Great shower. Really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful little family run hotel. Thoroughly recommend. Felt it was good value for money. Secure parking a bonus.

The host was exceptionally helpful and the location for getting into Brussels was superb; The station is located across the road and the train ride is 15 minutes. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. free car parking. Amazing value for money.

The large bathroom was great, parking spaces available

The 3rd bed was very uncomfortable and I would like to stand up when I shower, but the bath didn't have the possibility to hang the shower head on the wall.

Kind host and renovated rooms

It was a pleasant stay. The host was very kind. Everything was renovated. We enjoyed a lot our stay at this hotel. It is located very close to the metro station to go to the city center.

Having an elevator would be helpful (climbing the stairs is difficult for the elderly).
