Cute little apartment perfect for two or a small family for a short or long stay. Has all the facilities needed nearby, stores, a few restaurants, easy access to the tram that is 2 minutes away.

Cómodo, Amplio, Limpio, Bien Equipado (tiene hasta lavadora/lavarropa). Eramos 2 personas (padre e hija). Estancia de sólo 2 noches. Visitábamos a unos familiares y esto fue lo único que encontramos a menos de 1.500 metros de la casa de ellos. No puedo criticar el precio porque, como digo, no había alternativas más cerca. Creo que en la publicación no se entiende que tiene 2 dormitorios, lo que a nosotros nos ha venido muy bien. Creo que se aprovecharía más en estancias más largas. Tiene un baño completo (sin bidet) con 2 lavabos y, aparte, otro recinto con otro inodoro. El sistema de radiadores que tiene mantiene una buena temperatura de confort.

Había varias cosas del propietario dejadas de forma desordenada. No dificultaban la estancia pero deba el aspecto de descuidado. Las camas no tenían las "típicas" sábanas. La bajera tenía el aspecto de un cubrecolchón, y había un edredón. Averiguando con la gente del lugar, parece que eso es lo acostumbrado aquí. Tanto bajera como edredón estaban limpios.

El apartamento es precioso. Amplio y muy limpio.

El acceso quizá, puede que pueda confundir un poco la puerta. Pero nada que no se pueda solucionar rápido con el anfitrión.

El departamento es muy grande y muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila y relajada. El barrio es bonito y está a 17’ del centro, en un tram que queda en la esquina, es muy fácil ir y volver y eso lo hace genial. Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas. Tiene TV con Netflix, Youtube, etc etc, el Wifi es muy bueno y el anfitrión es muy amable, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y siempre estuvo muy atento. Lo recomiendo 100%

Séjour très réussi !!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement qui est grand et très bien équipé. Nous avons pu aussi profiter du balcon qui est bien ensoleillé la moitié de la journée. Le parking est indispensable dans ce quartier. Pour finir, une mention particulière au propriétaire qui est une personne d'une grande gentillesse, nous reviendrons bien volontiers lorsque nous irons plonger à Nemo 33 qui est à 10 minutes à pied
