DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!!

Nice decor

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!! There was no AC in the apartment and I asked when we was first given the keys to provide a fan the lady said she would and never did. I continuously tried to contact her and no reply. To find the location of the apartment was very hard and the owner didn’t give no help we just had to ask around. There was dirty stains on floors and the plates and cutlery was all the dirty and not cleaned AT ALL!! There was literal POO on the bedding that they stated ‘they had cleaned the entire apartment’ which was just a lie! They didn’t provide with basic necessities like toilet tissue and shower gel which we had to later purchase. This was a horrible place for me to stay with my family. I would NOT recommend AT ALL! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE

Do not book the property.Decorations are good.But The responsibility of Host and cleaning not good.

We informed we will check in 14-15 Uhr.when we reached there and no one to handover Key .then we called host and ask for the key.He told us wait 1 Hour outside and he will come.we were with our Baggage’s and there no place to wait outside with our little son.if neighbour have not open the ground floor Door we have to waiting one hour outside.later Host came and told give more 20 minutes to clean.He changed Bedlinen and and Toilet paper and say ok around 17 Uhr .But when we checked we noticed Apartment with full of Dust.he showed us vacuum cleaner and say we can used it.we were tired but we vacuum it ourselves because our little son with us. Toilet bathroom not cleaned.we done it ourselves.After all things we tired and that day evening we take rest. Another problem we met at Dinner prepare time.when we started to cook/washing Utensils water-leaking in the Kitchen occured .it is unpleasant.we informed them and ask them to repair it next day because it is around 9.30pm and we booked 2 nights.next day Host reply and told us no problem they were noticed. But water leaking already there.and Kitchen with full of water.we faced huge problem Those 2nights to cooking and washing utensils.when we checked out we informed them to repair before another visitor.Hope they will do.

Par où commencer

L'espace et le calme

L'appartement est confortable mais par où commencer... Par l'accueil fait en 5 minutes top chrono ? Par le plat de poisson trouvé dans le four à l'arrivée ? Par le ménage fait très moyennement lors de la remise des clés ? Par les chaussettes et pantoufles laissés sous le lit ? Ou par l'absence de réponse du logeur qui se termine finalement par du mépris en nous laissant dans la mouise ? En effet, si vous avez besoin d'une facture ou d'un justificatif quelconque attestant de votre location, n'y comptez pas. Il ne vous l'enverra jamais et fera "le mort" lorsque vous essayerez de le contacter. Un comble. Honteux et tellement petit. Au lieu de dire les choses clairement et de les assumer, monsieur nous fait miroiter des choses qu'il n'est pas capable de mener jusqu'au bout. Nous attendions juste une réponse pour une demande légitime à laquelle tous les propriétaires doivent obligatoirement répondre. Voici donc notre avis.

Sejour à Forest.

L'emplacement etait parfait pour aller au centre de Bruxelles et autres localités(gare en face de l'appartement avec des train pour Bruxelles centraal toutes les demi-heures). Nous avons aussi apprécié l''espace suffisant pour trois personnes.

Besoin d'infos sur la gestion des poubelles / verifier le couvercle des toilettes (mal fixé) / remettre la moitié de rideau détaché dans la cuisine (pas d'obscurité pour le couchage dans le séjour) / produit pour le lave vaisselle / pas de lampe de chevet dans la chambre.

Un bel endroit qui serait parfait si il était mieux entretenu.

L'emplacement par rapport à Forest National. L'appartement a été décoré avec goût. Ce qui lui donne beaucoup de charme.

Nous étions 3 à loger, mais le couchage n'avait été fait que pour 2 personnes. Des amis nous ont prêtés de drap. Dommage pour la poussière présente sur beaucoup de meubles.

Ik had de indruk dat er in het appartement gerookt wordt maar dat de geur verdoezeld wordt met synthetisch parfum. De afwerking laat te wensen over. Alles is nét niet af, gaten werden slordig gestopt, het ventilatierooster in de badkamer ontbrak...

Posizione fantastica se si deve andare ad un concerto, pochi minuti a piedi, occorre però stare attenti a dove si parcheggia, alcune strade sono costose, altre gratuite.

Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Appartement très bien situé (2min à pied de la gare de Forest-Est et 5min à pied de Forest National). Appartement cosy et très confortable, avec tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon week-end (donne cet impression d'être chez sois). Très bien isolé, nous n'avons pratiquement rien entendu de ce qu'il se passait dans la rue, bâtiment très calme, et nullement dérangé par le bruit des trains qui sont juste à côté. Accès au Wifi gratuit. Le propriétaire est sympathique et attentionné, il nous a donné toutes les explications et a même programmé lui-même le chauffe-eau pour que nous n'ayons pas de soucis pendant notre séjour.

Malgré une réduction offerte par le site Booking (le prix était de 147€ et nous avons payez 125€), nous trouvons le prix un peu élevé pour une nuit (nous sommes arrivés vers 15h et repartis le lendemain vers 10h30, le prix est peut-être lié au fait que l'appartement est bien situé par rapport à Forest National mais nous trouvons qu'il reste un peu élevé quand même). Au niveau de la propreté, suite au nettoyage effectué le jour même par le proprio, un petit coup de dépoussièrage dans certains coins aurait été un plus, idem pour les couvertures sur lesquelles il y avait quelques petites taches (mais cela est minime car tout était propre).

+ месторасположение + платная парковка на улице достаточно мест + рядом остановка для электричек + уютные апартаменты. + есть все для человека с дороги + отличный душ и напор воды + комплимент ( орешки, конфеты, фрукты) от хозяйки

- грязная жирная плита - одно одеяло на двоих - было гадкое чувство, что постельное белье и полотенца не свежие
