The host was very clear with instructions. The room was exactly how you see it in the pictures. It was very very very clean. The location is perfect as it's walking distance from Monaco City, My friend and I like walking and we did all by foot. There is an excellent parking where to leave your car at 1 min walking distance from the apartment.
If you are afraid of heights and don't have great balance it will be challenging to climb up the bed, especially because the "ropes" were not hanging when we arrived. My friend and I had 0 issues but for someone with mobility problems it would be complicated.

Amazing little apartment. Had everything you need and was nice and clean. Best thing it's an easy 20 minute walk either to Rascasse or Sainte Devote, (the marina area) local shop just 5 minute walk and train station 10 minutes away. It is small but perfect for a couple if you are here to enjoy Monaco or for the Grand Prix. It has everything you need, the host is very nice and accommodating and the check in/out is super easy. We will stay again no doubt.
Suppose it was a little tricky getting up/down to the bed but honestly not an issue once you do it once or twice.
