A safe, comfortable and well equipped home base within walking distance of everything you could need in lovely Monaco

A great private and safe place to base yourself in the beautiful Monaco. Comfortable and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped if you want a night in, and everything is so close if you don’t! Very attentive host, we appreciate being able to stay.

It is little dated, but it is just age and doesn’t detract from our wonderful stay.

Can’t beat the price but don’t plan to spend much time in the room/apartment.

Decent location. Can’t beat the price for Monaco.

Smaller than anticipated. Sheets and towels are shabby. Tiny bathroom. Owner was fixated on getting his 30E wi-fi and cleaning fee after we arrived instead of getting it the next morning when we left. I didn’t plan on paying for phone service but he forced me to with all his messaging. Decent for a bed to sleep in but that’s about it.

Excellent value stay in Monte Carlo

The location is great - a quiet situation just five minutes from both the station and the centre of town. Dave is a vetry knowledgeable and conscientious host who gace us what must be the most complete directions we have ever had for getting to the building and into the property. We should point out that many years ago we lived just up the road but as Monte Carlo has changed so much the advice and directions were very useful. The appartment is comfortable and has all that is required for a stay and there are places to eat and/or shop within a two minute walk

This is an appartment so there are no staff etc but Dave is lightening fast to repond to any questions or issues. The kitchen is an alcove withn the basic equipment but we ate out even for breakfast as both Cooks (next door) and Costa (five mins down the road and NOT the chain but a local form) provide all you could need.

A wonderful place in the heart of Monaco.

This Apartment is wonderful. At just a few steps from the train station, totally accessible walking, by bus from any point in Monaco, very close from supermarkets, stores, pharmacies, and luxury stores and restaurants. The Neighborhood is absolutely wonderful and quiet, clean, pedestrian friendly, very elegant and classy, totally safe and enjoyable. The apartment is absolutely clean, totally private, comfortable, with a very large bed, beautiful kitchen, very well organized and designed, and only a few minutes away from the downtown area by bus. I had a unique positive experience staying in this apartment and the owner is very friendly, nice, supportive, communicative, very organized, helpful and easy to deal with. When I go back in Monaco I would definitely love to stay there. It’s a perfect place for me.

Nice location, cozy apartment, a bit old not so clean, though

The location was great. Cozy little apartment with small kitchenette. The host was responsive. Very quiet

- It wasn't cleaned well, although we were charged for cleaning fee . You could see and feel the sticky stuff on the floor when walking. - The bed sheets were not white color and didn't seem to be washed recently, or i couldn't tell if it was clean because of the color. - The host kept bugging us, asking when we would leave starting the night before and also at 10:00am in the morning while the ceckout was listed at 11:30! The windows didn't have mesh, so we couldn't leave them open.

Excellent value and location

Great location close to train station and about 10mins downhill to Casino Square. Good for buses to access attractions and about 10mins to decent supermarket. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Great communication with owner and access via keypad. Great to be able to drop luggage early and checkout wasn't till 11.30. Highly recommend Cooks restaurant/takeaway along from apartment..Great food and staff. Water and a couple of bottles of wine left in fridge for us which was a nice gesture. Very clean.

AC was a welcome addition but we were advised to set it no lower than 24°. Whilst this offered some relief from heat ( there was a fan too) , I generally set AC in hotels etc to 18 - 20 as we like it cool. Perhaps an AC engineer needs to look at system to enable lower setting. 3 of us managed 11 nights but storage for clothes was extremely limited. We ended up with clothes spread across whole apartment. If you travel light it won't be an issue.

A nice space in Monte Carlo.

A very secure and clean apartment that is quite walkable to many areas, and not too far from food options. If you make use of the lift at the train station, it'll save you many flights of stairs, or the gradient via the casino isn't really too bad. If parking at Des Salines, take the '2' bus to the train station, and you're very close.

Perfect

We didn't expect such a comfortable stay in Monaco for this price. We stayed with 4 people including a 3 year old child and it was very comfortable. Easy access from the car park and to tourist attractions (we could walk back to the room from the sea very easily by going through the train station and using the elevator and escalator). We had breakfast at the nearby Novotel hotel. Check-in is not a problem as we can contact in advance. There was a small amount cleaning fee, which we paid in cash, but there were no problems. Highly recommended. I'll stay here again!

I stayed in this fantastic apartment, provided by a great host and located in an exceptional location. The apartment had a nic, separate bedroom apart from the kitchen and living room, was very clean and had lots of amenities including a washer machine. The host was great and provided good, complimentary beverages, a great run down of different areas of Monaco worth exploring and also was in general very reasonable and flexible with the check in. The location is probably the best place in Monaco, just a few minutes from the Casino, the main station, along with a deep variety of bars, restaurants and grocery stores. I'm very thankful to have been hosted at this apartment and look forward to returning here again when it's available.
