Excellent location, convenient, clean apartment.

The location of the property is excellent, 5 mins walk from the Casino and 15 or so to the marina, 10 to the train station. Plenty of bars and restaurants around. Went for Formula 1 Grand Prix and very happy with the experience. The place is small but perfectly suitable if you seek a clean, comfortable accommodation with privacy, away from large hotels while in MC. Can highly recommend.

1 Double bed instead 2 single would have been lovely, but we worked it out :)

Did not stay but still got charged, false advertising!

Nothing!

This property is advertising false pictures as they are not the same, the pictures are completely different from the actual flat. I stayed there once and had to check out and when I was making my new reservation I only booked it because the pictures were different, if I knew it was the same property I wouldn't have booked it! I did not stay there 1 minute and still got charged 472 euros and for this reason I will be taking legal court actions!

No breakfast included in the price of the accommodation

Never again will I stay at this property! By fact the property is 2km from the casino and 4km from the beach. The property is located in France not Monaco and from the casino or beach you have to go uphill all the time. The studio apartment is very small. The furniture is very old and out dated, probably made in 1970 - 1980s. The whole apartment is run down! Small old and worn rug. When I arrived the host said I need to take her out to dinner because she waited for me, so we went to an Indian restaurant. Upon check out she had the same idea but this time I declined.

Location of the place was good.

Linen on the bed was not clean. No plastic bags in garbadge. No chance to make coffee - only instant cofee and you sould not expect oven there either if you might wish to cook something.. 😔. Extremely overpriced for the quality of flat - uncomfortable interior. Only positive thing about this place - it is located in the center - 5 min walking distance to Casino Montecarlo, how ever - I have to admitt, this was my worst ever stay in France. The ovvercame my expectations in negative way.

I booked this lovely home of Alexandra of 2 steps from the Casino Monte-Carlo in Beausoleil for my three beautiful girlfriends from Bulgaria. And they had a lovely stay at Alexandra.This lady is the owner of the apartment and she is gorgeous! ❤️She was always available to help themselves.👏 They felt like real princesses and they had an unforgettable stay. I recommend this apartment of Alexandra to all for your stay in Beausoleil or Monte-Carlo,Monaco !!! 🌴🌊☀️🇫🇷🥰

Quite good arrangement.

The cost of rent is increased artificially by including non-existent additional taxes and fees that exceed the cost of rent. One light bulb out of four is on fire on the chandelier. There are wobbly floorboards in the toilet. The apartment is cramped, the absence of balcony is an inconvenience.
