Good but sadly problems on initally getting into appartment and no internet for 3 days.

Location good. View overlooking méditerranée. On bus route and within walking distance of Beausoliel, market and Monaco.

Problems with getting in and unable to contact owner although we had and rang tekephobe number. Eventually contacted Booking.com and they helped us. No instructions as how to work cooker hob. Plug on kettle and toaster incirrect for plugs in flat and No adapter. Problems with access to internet for 3 days - sent numerous messages and telephone calls to owner and eventually replied after a days delay. Booking.com helpful. Managed to get internet access by resetting and taking out all câbles. Not happy as needed internet for work purposes.

Priveliștea și poziția sunt punctele forte, însă starea generală a apartamentului nu corespunde scorului mare de pe Book

Locația este excelentă — aproape de Monte Carlo, cu o priveliște superbă și acces facil pe jos în oraș. De menționat că drumul de întoarcere este dificil, cu multe scări abrupte.

Apartamentul are nevoie de o renovare și o verificare generală, probabil după sezonul care tocmai s-a încheiat. Deși se dorește un stil modern, încă de la intrare se simte un miros foarte închis și greu, ceea ce a făcut apartamentul să pară mai puțin îngrijit. În dormitor, boilerul face zgomot, este vizibil și inestetic, curge apă și există mucegai dedesubt. Patul este foarte moale și incomod — te afunzi complet.Baia este moderna dar curățenia este fără atenție la detalii. Menționez separat că garajul este extrem de îngust — noi am intrat la limită cu un Hyundai Tucson și oglinzile complet pliate. Nu este vina gazdei, dar este bine de știut pentru cei care vin cu mașini mai mari. Per total, aș spune că apartamentul merită un 7/10 pentru locație și priveliște, însă scorul care pe noi ne-a păcălit oarecum pe Booking mi se pare prea mare de aceea o sa ofer doar 5:)

Widok z tarasu powalający, apartament czysty, zadbany, klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, bardzo wygodne łóżka, udogodnienia typu parasole i maty plażowe, przystanek autobusowy przy budynku.

Słabo działający internet, winda na parking - ciasna i wymagająca precyzji. W windzie poziom 0 zaznaczony jest jako RC - to tak informacyjnie :)

Отдельное спасибо Клаудии за профессиональную работу и человеческое отношение. Шикарный вид на море. Балкон, где можно поужинать. Укомплектованная кухня.

Бойлер в спальне. Розетка в душе. Матрас в спальне продавленный и не очень удобно спать на нем несколько недель.

Der Tisch draussen war kaputt/ Toaster mit fslsche Stecker/Kaffeemaschine defekt/es war sehr kalt und ohne Thermostat/Defekte Heizung im Bad/zu wenig Handtüchern/Das Herd war kompliziert/kein Mensch war erreichbar/schimmelgeruch im Bad/Aufzug für Bentley Bentayga zu klein/Der Besteck war alt und wackelig /die Markise ist gerissen
