Nice place

I didn’t personally stay at the property but I booked it for my colleague. We attended a conference in Monte Carlo and needed a place for him. I did check in on his behalf and the owner was very helpful with all the information that I needed to check in. The flat has two decent size bedrooms, one bathroom and a small kitchen and a lounge. It served the purpose nicely. It was 15 mins walk from Fairmont hotel where our conference. Over all nice place for what we needed. I must add that the local people weee very helpful and friendly as I struggled with a couple of things and they helped.

Great location. Complete Appartment with all that you need.

Complete appartment, airconditioning in the bedroom. Nice outside area. Washing Machine and dishwasher (We didn’t use either). You can walk into Monaco Harbour (Lots of stays. Some parts have an elevator) walking distance to a supermarket.

Du linge étendu dans le salon sur un étendoir à notre arrivée ? Nous n'avons pas compris. Un seul rouleau de papier toilette, pas de machine à café qui fonctionne. Pas de sopalin ni de tissus pour s'essuyer les mains. Des petits détails qui au final déçoivent. Pour ce que c'est c'est trop cher.

Niente posteggio, solo alcuni pubblici ma spesso occupati forzano a posteggiare a pagamento a ca. 300m dall'appartamento. Indirizzo indicato non presente su Google Maps.

Wij hebben een leuke vakantie ervaren.

De accommodatie was leuk, een mooie/grote tuin. Het appartement zelf had een grote woonkamer, slaapkamer en een goede badkamer. Het appartement was ook leuk ingericht en schoon. Je kan de Casino van Monaco op loopafstand bereiken. Het is wel een ‘stukje’, maar het is te doen. Er zijn twee liften die je naar beneden brengen, dit scheelt een hoop. Tevens met het inchecken werden we telefonisch goed ondersteund toen wij er niet uitkwamen. En de host was goed bereikbaar/behulpzaam.

De parkeerplekken bij de accommodatie zijn niet gratis. Je moet bij de automaat betalen. Mocht er plek zijn… Tevens dachten wij dat de plekken gratis waren gezien de accommodatie met gratis parkeer wordt aangeboden. Wij hebben een parkeerboete hierdoor ontvangen. Voor 1 nacht was er voor ons een schare rol wc papier met een paar velletjes achtergelaten. Geen hele rol of voorraad. Wij moesten zelf een rol kopen. Dit viel erg tegen.

L'emplacement idéal, avec ce petit jardin, c'est un vrai luxe à Monaco. très paisible, tout a été pensé pour ne manquer de rien. Je recommande et j'ai hâte d'y retourner.
