Le Clos des Lauriers is a pretty Provençal holiday home with sea view classified 5 stars by Atout France.
Ideally located between Monaco and Menton, you will love spending your holidays in our house with swimming pool with submerged beach for children surrounded by olive, mandarin, orange and lemon trees
Our house, for seasonal rental, extends over 168m2 with 56m2 of terrace, swimming pool and secure garden, playground for children.
This one has a capacity of 8 people distributed in 4 double rooms.
- On the ground floor of the house you will find:
· An entrance hall with dressing room leading to the stairs to go upstairs as well as a separate toilet
· A large living/dining room/open US kitchen of 58m2 ideal for spending holidays with family or friends (equipped kitchen: oven, induction hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge, pantry adjoining the kitchen with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron)
· A playroom for children
