Beautiful apartment, great hosts & an amazing time all round!

Property was beautiful, clean & great value for money! Stephan was extremely helpful leading up to our stay, communication via email, and was brilliant meeting us at the property to exchange keys and show us around. The terrace was perfect for our group and extremely spacious!

The only minor downside was that cabs were not the easiest to get from the property as it is located just outside of Monaco, however, buses were a huge help and easy to get from right outside the apartment

Private lift to top floor. View lovely. Location was walkable from the harbour but only just!

Shower head support bracket broken. However this was repaired on the second day which a good service. Bath and shower did not drain quickly and blocked with hair. Wifi only worked in the main room and not in the bedrooms which was very frustrating.

Proche de Monaco, superbe terrasse et vue ! Beaux espaces, propriétaire super sympa et à disposition. Deux places de parc intérieures privées. Appartement bien sécurisé. Nous avons pu apprécier les feux du nouvel an depuis la terrasse commune à l’étage supérieur, c’est super

Aurait mérité un nettoyage plus approfondi, attention l’eau chaude est limitée (ensuite il faut actionner un bouton). Ascenseur en panne le dernier jour, embêtant pour les bagages, mais pas de la faute de l’établissement ! Juste le nettoyage à améliorer.

Très bel appartement avec vue magnifique

Cet appartement est très lumineux grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées et très agréable à vivre. Sa situation en hauteur donne une magnifique vue sur la mer depuis une superbe terrasse bien aménagée. Stéphane était là pour nous donner les clés et nous expliquer un peu le fonctionnement de l’appartement et nous donner qq conseils pour naviguer dans le quartier Petit geste sympa à notre arrivée avec de l’eau et des sodas disponibles dans le frigo.

Pour nous il manque un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (petits couteaux tranchants, service à salade, ciseaux), des torchons et éponges pour la vaisselle, essuie-tout surtout en arrivant en fin de journée mais sinon la cuisine est bien équipée. Il manque aussi un tapis dans une des salle de bains pour éviter de glisser en sortant mouillé de la douche Une suggestion de notre part serait d’avoir un mode d’emploi pour la TV ainsi qu’une liste peut-être de magasins à proximité, de restaurants, de numéros de téléphone pour des repas à livrer (même si on peut trouver sur internet, mais rien de tel que l'avis des locaux). Stéphane nous a expliqué à notre arrivée mais c’est toujours bien d’avoir un document à consulter sur place
