Don't waste your money. This place is very badly run.

The bed was very comfortable and the wifi worked well (when there was electricity).

Even before arriving I received multiple messages telling me that checkout was at 11:00 (otherwise I'd have to pay 30€ an hour extra) but when I arrived at the 15:00 check-in time there was no key in the keybox. Eventually someone turned up but I had to wait outside for half an hour whilst they did the cleaning and changed the towels/sheets. If you're making people checkout at 11 the place should be available at 3. Paying 130€ for one night I was disappointed to find only half a roll of toilet paper and two empty soap dispensers in the bathroom. When I woke up the next morning the electricity had gone off sometime during the night so there was no lights and barely any hot water. Of the contact numbers provided, the one in Russia denied having an apartment in Monaco and I didn't try the Dubai phone number? It's also worth noting that being a basement apartment you're right next to the road outside and the traffic NOISE was very bad all through the night.

I didn’t feel safe at all and it was dirty.

It was accessible everywhere

Someone entered when I was away. Left a tissue paper on the kitchen sink and a hairclip beside and when I came the bedsheets has hair on it it feels like they didn’t change it at all. The sink had water marks everywhere. And there’s like a door in the room with the lock it feels like someone could enter anytime. Ive got reciepts on what time I took the photos incase.

I would not recommend this. Even it was cheap and good location.

Location, everything else were not good.

1. They are not answering to booking messages, only after loooooong waiting time. 2. When I arrived there were no soap, to wash hands. 3 days without cleaning hands… 3. Fridge wasn’t even working, don’t know what was the situation with that?? 4. Water heating system works apparently to some other apartment also. It’s noisy and hard to sleep… Also you hear the vehicles all day long from outside… gladly it’s not the busiest street. 5. I felt quite unsafe that there is door to another apartment and you can’t lock it by yourself? You need the key. Needed to trust that no one will come to your room, but you never know? Also I heard every conversation usually after 22-01… about war and tv -> uncomfortable to sleep… 6. The were small hairs on the bed, pillow and on sheets. Disgusting… 7. Toilet is not clean and has some issues.

Cheap solution

The prices in this city are crazy so here is the solution if your intention is just stop for a night.

There is no contact with anybody what would be a problem if the system would be a little more well thought. Also parking is a problem and they should provide with some basic information so you don’t loose much time figuring out.

Great, clean location, perfect low-budget stay

Had a great stay, apartment on perfect location literally on the border with Monaco. Great studio which is perfect for people (1 or 2 persons) who just need a good, clean sleeping location in Monaco for a very reasonable price. I felt very welcome by Olga and she was very helpful when I missed my last train. I can only recommend this studio.

You can take the lift and you are in Monaco right away. Olga was friendly and she gave me her Whatsapp to communicate about my arrival, because she lives 30 minutes from the studio. She doesn't speak French, but Russian and ok English. There is also a hair dryer and a coffee machine.

the studio is actually in the basement, instead of ground floor. The high up only window is at ground level, with cars and people going and coming. It smells like smoking and mould. They should often air the room, though the smell is already in the carpet.

Bien, c’est confortable et largement vivable. Mais compliqué de cuisiner avec juste un micro-ondes.

Bon emplacement mais appartement au sous sol.

Certains objets ne sont pas opérationnels telle que la lampe qui ne s’allumaient plus ou le lustre avec des ampoules qui ne fonctionnait pas. Ainsi que la porte qui est en lien direct avec l’appartement du propriétaire, ça peut-être un peu oppressant.

L'Host non parla ne' italiano ne'Francese , comunicazione difficilissima, camera non idonea per ospitare persone a dormire, niente cucina, niente servizi, tavolino microscopico per una persona e una sola sedia da giardino malridotta. Tazze, tazzine e bicchieri sporchi, lavatrice che girava quando siamo entrati . Esperienza terribile, mai piu' Booking non deve consentire simili schifezze, non e un posto idoneo ad accogliere persone. Trattasi di un locale di sgombero seminterrato con un piccolo letto

Rien appartement sombre sous équipé sale problèmes électrique les « derniers jours pas d’électricté ni eau chaude un scandale, aucune assistance, les poubelles non vidées lors de mon arrivée la machine à laver en fonctionnement!!!

en fait c’est une honte de louer une cave dans cet état et je ne comprends pas comment un tel lieu peint être accepté à la location

La posizione vicina a Monte Carlo è con servizi vicini e disponibilità del Wi-Fi poi anche attrezzata decentemente.

Non pulito come si doveva e struttura vecchia ma soprattutto eravamo in due ed il letto era quasi una piazza e mezza, anche perché molto piccola la stanza circa 15mq..
