Central location, well equipped and friendly staff

The instructions were not immediately clear. However it was not difficult to reach the place. Only French TV channels. The air conditioning didn’t have warm temperatures.

A fantastic apartment in a wonderful location of the city. Great communication throughout too.

The location of the apartment was fantastic and the neighbourhood itself was very nice with easy access to shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment block is safe and secure and well maintained. The apartment itself was clean and relatively spacious for a studio. Everything worked well and was well maintained. We really appreciated the ice cold water left in the fridge for us too.

Being two single ladies staying in Monte Carlo for a few days, we obviously brought far too many clothes! That said, a little more long hanging space for dresses would have been much appreciated, as would a full sized ironing board, but that's being very picky!

A fantastic stay!

We were given clear and easy to follow instructions which made getting into the property a breeze. The location was fantastic, fairly central and very easy to get around, the apartment itself was well sized for two people, with a comfortable bed and it was clean on arrival. Communication was fantastic, all questions were answered and I was offered help and guidance wherever I needed it. Truly a fantastic stay!

It was a perfect space. Beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, great location, and just had everything we needed. The host made everything so easy for us, very highly recommended!

Modern comfort in the centre of Monaco

The apartment is clean and modern, in an excellent position right next to the parking (There's an elevator in there leading straight to the harbor). Communication was excellent and we loved the bed and the pillows. We're surely gonna come back!

Best location, great accommodations in the heart of. Monaco

THÉ LOCATION!!!! This is truly the best location. You are right in Monaco above the train station. You can go very easily to the port, Rue Grimaldi, and anywhere else essentially because there is a bus stop directly across the street from the apartment. It is safe with a key fob entry. There is a refrigerator and stove, and sun shutters which is so nice! The bathroom is very nice and clean.

perfect for a buisness stay, but needs a bit of love and tender care.

The location was fabulous, the appartment nice, clean and well outfitted, but a bit aged - and it shows unfortunately. The owner needs to renovate (except the bathroom which was brandnew). The handover of the keys was excellent and without problems - very nice owner.

Bathroom tiles are very slippery - you really have to pay attention steppinng outside the shower; anti-slip stripes would help.

this room really need Renovation

top location

we never reviewed details a hotel before but this case we would like to. We booked coz high review but we really disappointed because it’s not deserve to pay 481€ for 2 nights. 1. Bathroom: old and feel not clean. power socket broke, can’t use hairdryer in bathroom, need to go to bedroom. 2. Towels: dark color (not white as usually) so we are not sure about the cleaning. 3. Bed: bedsheets and blanket cover are really thin, cheap material. We checked in and really not sure if the bedsheets and blanket-cover were washed coz we feel not fresh and next day got little bit itchy. We love Monaco and maybe next time will stay at another beach closed to Monaco and visit Monaco day trip. We haven’t meet the host, but the host had email us to ask if we need help. We think he’s friendly and nice, but sorry, we were very disappointed about our staying because Studio is not beautiful as the name, and too expensive compared with quality.

The location was good, very convenient as it was a stones throw to the train station. Communication with host was smooth and key collection was an easy process.

Everything was very good.

The apartment is located right next to the train station, very close to the Casino. Immediately there are bus stops to the exotic gardens and to the palace and the cathedral. There is also a supermarket nearby. The apartment is very clean, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, even kitchen towels, dishwashing detergents ...), bathroom with everything you need. The windows are large, easy to ventilate. Functional air conditioning. The owner responds immediately to messages. Everything was impeccable, 10 out of 10.
