Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Cap-d'Ail, situated in a small two-storey building less than 450 metres from the beach. It measures 69 m² and can accommodate up to four guests.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a bright 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
All rooms in the flat are on one level.
The flat has a separate entrance and is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a sofa, TV and dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob….
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A south-east-facing balcony, with views over Cap d’Ail beach and Monaco, perfect for enjoying sunny days
The flat is ideally situated in Cap-d’Ail, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Things to do:
- Coastal path: from Marquet Beach to Mala Beach (3.6 km – 90 mins’ walk – it takes 8 mins to walk to Marquet Beach from the flat) – an easy walk
- Monaco is 10 minutes away by bus (bus stop nearby) or about 30 minutes’ walk.
- Beach 450 m away (accessible via public steps)
- Tennis courts at Marquet Beach
- The Cap-d’Ail coastal path: a walk of around 3.5 km along the Mediterranean coast between Marquet Beach and Mala Beach.
