Appartamento nuovo, arredamento bello e confortevole, bagno spazioso con vasca/doccia comoda e spaziosa. Posizione ottima per raggiungere i paesi vicini come Menton ,Monaco ,Eza, Villafranche sur mer e Saint paul de Vence. Spiaggia bellissima raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi con un percorso panoramico sul mare mozzafiato.
Il parcheggio è un po scomodo in quanto sono disponibili parcheggi pubblici a pagamento. Il prezzo del parcheggio non è sfacciato e ci sono delle fasce orarie in cui non si paga. Ci vuole solo un po di pazienza per trovarlo.

Casa molto accogliente, con tutti i servizi. Vista mare, terrazzino ampio e godibile. Ottima posizione per spiaggia e supermercato. Disponibilità parcheggio in zona.

Very modern and super clean. Very well equipped with kitchen equipment and the washing machine is handy! The balcony was huge
