The house is located just off Cap d'Ail's main avenue, offering an ideal location between Monaco and the sea. Please note that access to the property is via a staircase, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or those travelling with heavy luggage. Thanks to its slightly elevated position, the house remains peaceful despite its proximity to the main road. As is common with townhouses in this area, there is some overlooking from neighbouring properties.

Free parking spaces may be available along the main avenue. You'll also enjoy direct access to Marquet Beach via the staircase located right next to the house.

Monaco is just a 10-minute walk away, while a supermarket and bakery can be reached in only 7 minutes on foot. Bus stops with direct connections to Monaco are also within easy walking distance, making it easy to explore the area without a car.

To help us prepare for your arrival, we ask all guests to complete our secure pre-check-in process via **Enso Connect**, including guest information and a valid ID document.

This process allows us, in particular, to comply with the regulatory requirements applicable to guest accommodation and must be completed before access to the property.

🚌 The bus line 600 (Nice – Monaco – Menton) provides easy access to the property, with the “Le Loup Blanc” bus stop located just nearby.

This line makes it easy to travel to Nice, Monaco, or Menton throughout the day.

⏰ Approximate operating hours:

Monday to Friday: from 5:35 AM to 8:35 PM
Weekends and public holidays: from 6:10 AM to 8:45 PM

🚏 Frequency: every 10 to 30 minutes depending on the time of day and schedule.

• Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival for a comfortable stay, along with small shampoos and coffee to help you get started.
