Would recommend for short stays especially during spring / summer to fully enjoy the terrace

Lovely little flat with a great terrace. You have a sunbathe area, jacuzzi area and BBQ area. The flat is small but has all of the necessary for a nice stay, including a great TV with netflix to enjoy in bed. Modern bathroom and nice kitchen.

Slightly tricky to find the location at first. Was expecting to find soap to be able to wash hands or have a quick shower on arrival

With an additional care the property will be really nice.

It was quiet and private. The owner was very attentive and answered all questions quickly via WhatsApp.

There was no soap tin the shower or face soap, no face towel, no shampoo/conditioner, and the bed linens were smelling. That typical smell of people who don't shower and which is unpleasant. Also, the property was impossible to find because it is located outside all map app areas. The owner sent me a video to show how to find it.

Very good

Great views from the terrace over Monaco. We walked down in to Monaco and got a bus back up to the main road. Large, comfortable bed. Nice shower with multiple jets. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Tricky to find, but Mathieu supplied maps, photos and a video which were much needed!

Bar stools in the kitchen were broken, so just as well the weather was good enough to eat outside! They need to be replaced. Outside glass table was badly chipped with sharp edges. Needs to be replaced. The area around the hot tub was very messy. Just tidy it up, Mathieu! The rest of the site is a bit of a building site, clearly progressing very slowly. Fortunately you don't see this once you are in the property itself, except when you go to the hot tub. The extractor over the cooker sticks out well beyond the worksurface. Bumped our heads multiple times. Mosquitoes++

short stay in Beausoleil with impressive views over Monaco

An amazing location with views over Monaco. Nicely refurbished bungalow with modern facilities and a lovely patio. We did enjoy the jacuzzi and the owner kindly set it up for us even out of season. Communication with the owner was very straightforward, very helpful.

It is too small for 4 adults. We were travelling with grown-up kids - it should not be described as a 1-bedroom apartment, since there is no door separating the rooms, so it really is like a studio with 1 large double bed and a sofa bed. Bathroom is also rather narrow. Building work outside makes it rather dusty and gritty especially around the jacuzzi.

Very good place to stay if you are on low budget

Location (very nice view of Monaco) , Jacuzzi was pleasant but hard to operate, everything what you would need was there. Owner was very helpful with directions. Good wi-fi.

This house isn't accurate with booking.com . I had to contact owner to find this place but was very helpful. Road is bad to get there. taxis are not going there. you would need car or bike to get there.

Harel the owner made our stay perfect , both he and his Auntie made themselves available almost 24/7 to take and collect us from wherever we were and only changed a nominal fee. Without both of them the trip would not have been so enjoyable.

Breathtaking, exciting, incredible.

The location was perfect, the views of Monaco were stunning especially at night. We arrived into Monaco by train and had a taxi take us to the house. Wonderful to walk to and from Monaco the following day. We visited Musee Oceanographique de Monaco, incredible, takes a whole day to appreciate. And also took a peek in the Monte Carlo Casino. The house was very clean, immaculate, comfortable. Fabulous wet room shower

The bathroom was very nice, Wi-fi worked and that’s about it I’m afraid. The view is good, but at what cost to get there!

The location on Booking.com was not representative- owners sent location before check in on a low-res image which was too blurry to interpret. Used booking.com’s position and clicked on the options for directions through google maps.... Was very lost. In the end had to walk across a ladies garden (she let me) and told me that many had to do the same. I walked with my bags from Monaco station....took about an hour and a half and step count revealed 59 floors of elevation- not good in 25 degrees. We walked down each day, and taxied back each night. We couldn’t have come back to the house in the day if we wanted to change for something in the evening - was just too far. Walk down 50 minutes, taxi back €30, not possible to get a taxi to pick up from there. On arrival, there was washing in the drier which was wet and a threadbare sofa that looked so disgusting I didn’t dare sit on it. It’s meant to be a sofa bed but they have put a mattress begging to sleep on if you need w second bed. Not the leather sofa in the Booking.com photos The whole place is one room (kitchen, lounge area and bedroom) with a bathroom. I also discovered that there was washing in the dishwasher which stank so I had to put it on for another cycle. The place smelled of smoke I swept the floor on arrival as my socks were instantly covered in grit walking around inside We couldn’t get anything on the TVs The outside area feels like a building site, weeds galore growing through the paving slabs Overall you need a car if staying here, and would not recommend it to anyone

Tout était très sale, le frigo sentait mauvais, la table mousseuse, le four très très sale, les placards sales, le canapé taché, pas de drap pour le canapé lit , pas d’articles de toilettes comme indiqué dans l’annonce. Moisissures dans la salle de bains, prises électriques détachées… je demande un remboursement partiel

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Tolle, moderne Ausstattung. Großzügiger Aussenbereich. Für die verwinkelte Anfahrt erhält man ein Video vom Gastgeber. Wer es ruhig mag, sehr zu empfehlen.

Generell ist die Verfügbarkeit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Parkplätzen in Monaco eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wenn man aber ausreichend vorsorgt ist dieser Ort perfekt und mit einem unbezahlbaren Blick aus Monaco, den Hafen und das Meer.

Perfekte Lage, traumhafte Aussicht und nur 10 Minuten von Zentrum von Monaco!

Perfekte Lage & perfekte Sicht auf den Hafen von Monaco! Alles vorhanden, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine (Dolce Gusto Kapseln mitbringen), Herd,… 2 Terrassen, Liegen,.. und ein SEHR freundlicher Vermieter, der immer erreichbar ist (er ist auch Taxifahrer in Monaco). Auch für Hunde ideal! Vielen Dank Johann!!! An folgende Urlauber, Mückenspray & Mückenkerze (für auf der Terrasse) mitbringen. Wir haben unsere Kerze für die folgenden da gelassen 😉

Super vue sur Monaco !

La vue incroyable sur Monaco, mais l’accès se mérite. Logement atypique niché dans la colline. Bien équipé.

Accès pas évident en voiture. Heureusement le propriétaire nous a envoyé une vidéo explicative. Les abords mériteraient d’être mieux aménagés (gravas, cartons entassés dehors, herbes sauvages).

Magnifique vue, à perfectionner

La vue magnifique, la terrasse super agréable, le propriétaire très accueillant et discret

Les alentours, tout est en travaux, voir limite dangereux si l’on vient avec un enfant. Le plus gros point sensible est l’hygiène… traces d’humidité, moisissures, rouille, vaisselle pas propre, linge de lit douteux (tache blanches au bas), poussière près du lit, derrière la machine etc. C’est dommage un gros ménage intense règlerait le soucis

- Hund erlaubt ohne extra Gebühr - netter Gastgeber - gute Erreichbarkeit über WhatsApp - gut ausgestattet Küche - schönes Bad - Whirlpool am Abend - empfehlenswert :)

- leider sehr viele Insekten / Moskitos im Haus (hier vielleicht die Überlegung Insektengitter anzubringen) - Die Route zum Haus und der Stellplatz, ist für tiefere Autos nicht geeignet, wir haben unser Fahrwerk hochgefahren - leider war das Bad nicht so sauber (lag vielleicht daran, dass das Fenster geöffnet war (viel Laub etc auf dem Boden und Toilette)

Appartement is prima. Uitzicht prachtig. Eromheen rommelig en ietwat lastig te bereiken.

Het uitzicht over Monaco en de zee is prachtig. De douche was lekker ruim en prima. Bed is prima. Er is een jacuzzi bij. En een paar prima ligbedden. Voldoende parkeerruimte als je het gered hebt met de auto.

Het bereiken van de locatie is een hekel tour. Zonder de via whatsapp gestuurde uitgebreide video van de verhuurder ga je het niet snel vinden. Weg is rommelig en smal en gaat stevig omhoog. Om het appartement heen is het nogal wat rommelig. Bij het appartement merk je daar niet her veel van. Onderweg niet schrikken van de ezel die gaat als een scheepshoorn:)

cosy stonehouse with gorgeous outdoor area

Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung, auch ein Kinderstuhl und Kinderbett sind vorhanden, sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher und sämtliche Küchenutensilien. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und mit mehreren Liegen, Stühlen und dem Jacuzzi (bis zu 40 Grad aufheizbar) lädt er zum verweilen ein. Die Lage nördlich von Monaco bietet eine traumhafte Aussicht und man befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und wenig bewohnten Gegend.

Einige Dinge im Außenbereich befinden sich nicht im besten Zustand, wobei dies für uns keine negativen Auswirkungen auf unseren Aufenthalt hatte.
