I would have preferred a real hotel.
Location was OK
The A/C could be cooler. The apartment needs updating. The apartment is not part of the hotel management operation. It is more like an Airbnb. You cannot use the hotel to hold your bags after checkout. There is no maid service. The closet is terrible.

Fine once we were able to access the apafrtment.
The location of this apartment (once you find it) is excellent. A short walk to Monte Carlo and everything else Monaco has to offer.
The check-in instructions were terrible. First it is important to note that this is not a hotel. It is in a building that is half hotel and half privately rented apartments. It probably would have been fine if it was made clear that we were to enter through the hotel, but it was not. We arrived as planned and communicated, late at night. I searched for 30 minutes trying to find the right entrance to the building (which there are many) without thinking to try the hotel of a different name. When someone did return to the hotel reception which is locked with a code, I knocked and they came to the door and explained the situation of the building. They were very annoyed when I showed him the instructions that I had been given that included that he would let me in and would give me the door code - he communicated that this should not be the case as this apartment was not part of the hotel. All this time I did not receive a response from the owner; only after I finally accessed the room on my own did I get a response. He then proceed to blame me for not following the non-existent instructions. The apartment itself is fine. The location though is excellent.

Good location. The appartments are in the building of Adagio Hotel. Easy check-in. Good equipped appartment. You can leave your car in Indigo parking Bausoleil Belle-Époque or Liberation (overnight parking is possible). Both parking garages are in the parallel streets (up or down), 2-3 minutes walking distance.

Great location, good value, very close to Monaco harbour and casino.
Great location by market and the rooftop pool was fantastic.
We could have been given the night time code to access the appt which is not actually part of the hotel by text once we were in the appt perhaps. We found the Reception staff not very helpful and the Security guy was not happy when we did not know it and arrived back late at night.

Location; close to Monte Carlo and food markets. Easy check in process. Apartment is located in the palais josephine adagio apart hotel building. Very quiet and safe area at night.
Check in time is late in day being 5pm vs typical 2-3pm. Check out time is early being 10am vs typical 11am.

Would recommend and stay again absolutely!
The rooftop pool is perfect, great location - parking nearby, close to the casino and the beach by walking. Great view and supermarket with boulangerie around the corner with a big market place. Very well equipped, spacious and available, helpful host.
