It is a short 10 min walk to the waterfront. Nice decor, great to be in Monaco & close bus ride to all attractions.
The heat pump is not sufficient to cool down the whole apartment. Portable fans in each room is needed. Also the stairs to the location is challenging.

Immeuble calme. Décoration moderne, cuisine fonctionnelle.
Le lit de la chambre adjacente au salon grincer dès qu’on bougeait. Il manquerait un petit portemanteau dans l’entrée, et des accroches serviettes dans la salle de bain, ainsi que dans la chambre qui n’a pas d’armoire. LES PLACES DE PARKING SONT RARES ET LE PARKING À PROXIMITÉ EST CHER.

the apartment is clean and in quiet area. near shops (carrefour, bakery) and walking distance to Monaco and Monte-Carlo station. You can find the public elevator nearby and use it easily to travel to Monaco.
the stairs to the apartment to the apartment on the first day with my lugggage. but I did manage to find another way without using the stairs after the first day, haha.
