Perfect for me and what I wanted

Very good value for money, easy to find, very close to the station (if you use the lifts), ideal for one person for a night or two, well stocked mini supermarket in close proximity, clean, powerful shower, space overall a bit small for two big adults, but more than adequate for the price.

WIFI was slow, could not get my phone to connect properly? not much storage, in fact nothing for clothes, could do with a few coat hooks, shelf or draws - space for this by the front door.

Great stay in a good location

Great communication with the hosts pre-arrival, excellent location for access to the port and other facilities. The apartment is quiet, comfortable and was clean for arrival. Ideal for one person or a couple.

Quiet, peaceful location above Monaco centre

The apartment was air conditioned, which was a welcome relief after climbing all the steps back up the hill from the port! The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed being within walking distance of all the main attractions and train station.

It wasn't clear when booking, that the apartment was on the 2nd floor and only accessible via an exterior staircase. This may not suit all travellers. Some of the fittings were showing signs of wear and tear (kitchen cupboard doors and poorly draining shower) which would be easy to rectify and improve first impressions.

Dreadful

For our purposes the location of it suited

It smelt awful - damp and unpleasant. There was a dehumidifier which required constant emptying and was very noisy. Towels threadbare - t-towel appeared unclean and had holes in. Bed linen and pillows awful. Main shower head didn’t work. Bed dreadful. Seriously considered moving to a hotel and certainly would have done had our son not lived in Monaco and was able to let us shower at his apartment and spend 90% of our time with him. Pictures on website are not current. Very disappointed and quite angry as promised much but delivered zero. Sorry but would not recommend.

Comfortable Space , well kept inside , plenty of towels , provided morning coffee which was very nice

Déçu

Emplacement, déco

L’appartement est très bien situé, agréable et bien décoré à première vue. Cependant, plusieurs problèmes de finitions ont été constatés durant notre séjour : poignées de portes non fixées, porte du meuble sous l’évier de la cuisine qui se déboîte, meuble sous lavabo dans une salle de bain avec une fuite provoquant de l’eau dans le tiroir. Les traverses métalliques de la table basse étaient dessoudées. Nous n’avons pas réussi à accéder à Internet, ce qui nous a également empêchés d’utiliser la télévision. Une odeur d’égout remontait régulièrement dans l’appartement. Les coussins n’étaient pas propres et dégageaient une odeur de déjà-utilisé. Le drap-housse était déchiré. Le canapé-lit n’était équipé que d’un drap-housse, sans couverture, coussin ni drap supplémentaire. Enfin, il manquait quelques ustensiles de base, notamment des bols pour le petit-déjeuner. C’est dommage, car l’appartement a un réel potentiel, mais ces points nuisent au confort du séjour.

Catastrophique ! Logement insalubre avec une odeur pestilentielle (égoût/humidité) ! Nous avons cherché à contacter par téléphone et message les propriétaires en vain ! Une journée pour répondre de façon condescendante en niant l'existence d'une quelconque odeur...Nous avons du passer par le service contentieux de Booking. Mon fils ayant un terrain allergique, l'odeur était insoutenable et des risques pour sa santé et des futurs locataires méritent d'être soulignés. Enfin, nous avons du prendre en catastrophe un autre hôtel au double du prix de ce logement ! Une honte ! Passez votre chemin !

Sejour agreable

Nous avions loué 2 appartements avec des amis dans la résidence, très pratique du coup. Appartement propre, fonctionnel. Toutes les consignes d'accès ont été tranmsises par les proprietaires avant notre arrivée. Petite attention très appréciable. Proche centre et stade. Je recommande

Un rideau ou porte dans la salle de bain avec WC de la chambre serait un +. Autre que le logement, pas de parking gratuit à proximité et travaux dans la rue. Nous n'avons pas touché le vehicule du week-end du coup tarif assez salé pour le parking payant

Buono soggiorno di poche notti

Punto di forza della struttura: la posizione e il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ti ritrovi letteralmente sul confine di Montecarlo ad un prezzo imbattibile e la struttura è adatta ad accogliere anche piccoli gruppi come eravamo noi. Per noi è stato anche facile trovare il parcheggio in strada, anche grazie ad un po’ di fortuna.

Ci sono delle cose che sicuramente si possono migliorare. Ad esempio, nei due bagni delle camere dell’appartamento a due stanze non c’è la porta, diciamo che risulta consigliato per le coppie o persone intime. Altra cosa che sarebbe da cambiare sono i materassi. Noi purtroppo abbiamo visto del brutto sporco sul materasso del divano del monolocale, speriamo lo cambino. Noi abbiamo avuto anche problemi col Wi-Fi, che purtroppo non ci funzionava nonostante fossimo collegati.

EXCEPTIONNEL...LEMENT MÉDIOCRE

Emplacement

Après réparation par nos soins du robinet de la salle de bains et d'un pied de table chancelant, nous avons pu nous engouffrer dans un canapé-lit médiocre avec des draps froissés et malodorants, sans alèze de protection du matelas. Humidité + manque de ventilation malgré un dispositif bruyant. Les critiques du genre "exceptionnel" sont clairement achetées. En résumé : manque de respect pour la clientèle.

Esta a 15-20 minuts de Mònaco caminant. Es molt tranquil. Em van respondre ràpid per whatsapp

Pessima.Menomale che era solo una notte.

Solo la posizione era comoda.

Tutto pessimo. Casa microscopica si faceva difficoltà anche ad aprire la porta. Bagno claustrofobico. Casa trovata sporca piena di ragnatele e insetti vari, umida in modo spaventoso. Divano letto scomodo inpolverato e con insetti volanti dentro. Non ho potuto cambiare, perché oramai in città era tutto pieno. Menomale che era solo una notte.

Je ne laisse jamais d’avis mais là c’est une obligation ! Inadmissible de louer un logement aussi insalubre. Des murs humides qui cloquent, des serviettes et draps imprégnés d’une odeur d’humidité et de renfermé dès l’arrivée. Les serviettes n’ont même pas séché en deux jours. Sans oublier les bruit de rats grattant les murs la nuit. Et pour couronner le tout, les nuisances sonores entre le bruit du frigo, de la climatisation et du déshumidificateur (qui est plus qu’indispensable) rendent la nuit encore plus pénible. On ne parle meme pas du prétendu « panier surprise pour vous restaurer à votre arrivée » se résume à un mini sachet de Dragibus et deux capsules de café. Une déception du début à la fin. À fuir absolument ! Surtout pour les personnes souffrant de problèmes pulmonaires. Attention : les avis de l’annonce Booking concerne la maison Héritage dans son entièreté mais elle est divisée en plusieurs logements. Je parle ici du studio Amsterdam qui est dans un état lamentable. (Curieuse de savoir l’état du reste de la bâtisse…)

Удобное расположение, чистота, уют, было все необходимое для проживания-чайник, кофе машина, кастрюли, сковородки…Приятно было увидеть на столе приветственный набор.

Вайфай поработал часа 2, а потом его не было, поэтому занизила оценку.В описании апартаментов ничего не сказано про лестницу по которой надо подниматься, чтобы попасть во внутрь.

Apartamento amplio y cómodo.

Es un apartamento muy nuevo, con los colchones cómodos. A 20 minutos del Palacio y 25 minutos del Casino. El acceso por códigos es sencillo. Bastante tranquilo. Con parking Bosio a 5 minutos a pie.

Nada que decir con respecto al apartamento. Pero si me gustaría comentar para las personas que vengáis de fuera que os aseguréis tener datos en el móvil para llegar. En mi caso la compañía de teléfono nos dejó sin datos y fue una odisea encontrar el apartamento. Mónaco en este sentido está fuera de los acuerdos con Europa.

Il y a plusieurs appartements dans la villa héritage donc on ne sait pas à quoi va ressembler notre appartement. Amsterdam est tout petit, sans aucune vue avec un simple canapé lit, une odeur d’humidité et un frigo bruyant Je n’ai pas pour habitude de critiquer mais l’impression de m’être fait flouer Le panier gourmand était 2 disettes de cafés, 2 sachets de thé et un mini paquet de M&Ms Pas de placard pour les vêtements.
