Amazing spacious apartment with equally amazing host.
Julien is a great host and super friendly as well as helpful. Stunning views of Monaco and surrounding areas in a very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom have basic items stocked. Beds were very comfortable. No microwave or dishwasher but a full kitchen. There's washing machine, clothes iron and hang clothes dryer in the closet next to the bathroom. The apartment has quite air conditioning/heating units in the living room and both bedrooms. There's even a small above ground pool with two wooden deck lounges. There is parking right in front of the apartment.
The rental apartment was perfect. Transportation in and out of Monaco from the apartment is a disaster. No Uber/Bolt allowed in Monaco. Forget fancy shoes or sandals. Bring hiking shoes for the treacherous stairs to Monaco if staying out past 8pm. The #13 bus stop (direction Monaco Tourist Office) is marked by faded yellow zigzag stripes on the street just beyond the parking lot down the hill from the apartment. It comes once an hour. There's no signs letting you know it's a bus stop. You have to stand were the zigzag yellow stripes are and wave the bus down to get or the bus will not stop. Bus fare is around 2€ payable with credit card. Cash fare will cost slightly more. The last #13 bus to Beausoleil leaves the Monaco Tourist Office around 8pm.
