The area was good would recommend the the maximum of 2 people and a child !

It was advertise as a 70sq meter / it was +- 45sqmt of living space the balance was the veranda so it was a bit cramp for 3 adult peoples! Washing machine in bedroom.

Das Haus war wirklich wunderschön, Geräuschdämmend, sehr gut klimatisiert, große Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer, Der Gastgeber war ein sehr freundlicher Mensch, hat uns Tipps gegeben für den Aufenthalt, wie man die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nutzt, Stau vermeidet, wo man einkaufen kann und viele andere Dinge. Das Bad war außergewöhnlich Sauber und schön ausgestattet.
Handseife und ein Staubsauger haben gefehlt, wären nützlich gewesen aber so schlimm ist das nicht.

Bellissima esperienza
Soggiorno piacevolissimo in una posizione davvero unica. L’appartamento molto bello e pulitissimo si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina direttamente sul mare: basta attraversare la strada per essere subito in spiaggia (di sassi, come in tutta la zona, ma con una vista spettacolare). Gli spazi sono ben distribuiti: due camere da letto (una matrimoniale, una singola), entrambe con aria condizionata. La zona giorno è ampia e luminosa, con cucina ben attrezzata, soggiorno confortevole e un terrazzo fronte mare davvero impagabile. Il bagno è moderno e dotato di una comoda doccia. Molto utile anche il box auto privato, compreso nella sistemazione. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie e c'è pure comoda friggitrice ad aria (non c’è il microonde, ma non è stato un problema). Il Sig. Vincenzo ci ha accolti con grande cortesia e disponibilità, fornendoci consigli pratici e indicazioni utilissime per vivere al meglio la zona. La passeggiata panoramica verso Monaco parte a pochi metri e vale davvero la pena. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti, un supermercato Carrefour (caro) e anche un ottimo panificio dove parlano italiano a breve distanza (consiglio per arrivarci: al piccolo rondò verso la camminata per Monaco lato area fitness svoltare a destra è subito lì.). In sintesi: appartamento molto bello, completo, pulito, ben gestito e in posizione invidiabile. Consigliatissimo.
