The host gave very clear instructions on how to find the keys, the apartment, the parking space, and even made a very good video. The balcony has an amazing view, with plenty of space, tables, chairs, laundry rack. The pool is stunning.
The parking space is on an incline, between two cement blocks. The first time we parked, it was hard to get out because of the steep incline, but after, we changed our parking style (by only partially parking inbetween the blocks without causing any difficulties to others) and it was much easier. If you have an automatic car, this would not be a problem.

La vue, wouhaouuuu quelle vue. Et petit plus pour le levé du soleil sur la mer.
La résidence est très calme.
Super vidéo pour récupérer les clés et accéder au parking est très bien faite.
La place de parking sur place + accès tout proche à l'ascenseur.
Petit plus : les baies vitrées s'ouvrent complètement, la terrasse fait donc partie intégrale du séjour/cuisine
Attention : la place de parking n'est pas évidente. Il faut faire un créneau et le sol est très en pente.
Nous étions 4 et seulement 2 serviettes de toilettes mais on s'est débrouillé

Super bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire. Nous avons pu cuisiner sans soucis.
Appartement confortable, surtout le lit.
Propriétaire réactif par message. Aucune difficulté pour trouver l'appartement, la vidéo explicative est parfaite.
Un parking privé.
Une très belle vue mer.
Pas très loin des commerces, de la mer et de Monaco mais avec un peu de dénivelé.
Pas d'eau chaude le premier soir.
Un parking très en pente, difficile de manœuvrer.
Le détecteur de fumée n'avait plus de pile et s'est mis à bipper sur la fin du séjour.

Pourquoi un si grand lit dans une petite chambre ?Les peintures ont besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.
