Good value for the price, but parking and WiFi are problematic.

Close to Monaco about 40 minutes of walking, but keep in mind that you will have to walk up the hill on the way back. Beautiful view from the property. Helpful staff that responds to messages fast.

Only 6 parking spaces available next to property on a very busy road. If those parking spaces are taken, then it is a problem to park. Very slow WiFi, was barely working. If you need WiFi for work, it will be unreliable.

AC dont working properly in both bedrooms, garden is a bit unkempt, non-functional wifi as it was described in the room description, I found out the next day from the staff in the villa that the network and password are different, written in small letters on a notice board with small letters, in a lot of other notes, poor management, the person I contacted rushed me, not paying due attention.

Great place to stay - though WiFi was a sore point

Host is responsive to phone, accommodating of requests, and extremely friendly. My room was spacious, comfortable, and featured plenty of outside seating with a beautiful view. The price per night is extremely competitive - hard to find a better place to stay without spending a lot more.

Wifi was often unusably slow and disconnected every 10-15 minutes with often minutes of down time. Make sure to call on arrival to have host open the property gates and provide keys - instructions were unclear...

Old quiet garden

Tiny room called (kitchen furnished) studio. Small bed with an uncomfortable mattress. We payed the unreasonable price of CHF 166 for this. Our bad comment could have been avoided with a reasonable tarif.

7 nation road trip ;)

The villa and the exterior facility was just fantastic. The room was also very nice but we were given 1 bedroom apartment among 5 and there was hidden bed and an extra bed in living room so during the dini ng the bed couldn't be used. Beach down the slope. Good exercise. My company loved cap d'Ail and the villa. Best time of our trip was there, near from the sea.

Kitchen was small and trash had to be taken by ourselves, there is no housekeeping service as it's a private villa property.

Lovely gem on the Mediterranean.

Great location. Amazing views of the Mediterranean from the patio. Host Andrea is very knowledgeable of the area and had great recommendations. Nice to have coffee and snacks on-site.

Really nice hosts. Easy to communicate with prior to arrival, responded immediately to all my questions. I definitely recommend the place. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, all renovated with very nice taste, very clean. Nice terrasse to take breakfast. Breakfast was ok.

The place is located along one of the corniche road and it can be difficult to park or exit from the parking with the cars running fast on the road
