Was a 2 night flying visit but really enjoyed the location.

The views and pool area were amazing. Out of hours check in was super easy.

Would like more coffee pods available and towels felt very well used! Overall decor was a bit tired.

Good if you want to stay in the infinity pool

The infinity pool is the only thing that was OK. Accommodation was super small, definitely not for 4 people, rooms much smaller, sink was flooded and dirty, house was not so clean, parking space was occupied so we always had to park on another spot.

Uncomfortable stay with a great view

The property is well designed despite the small size. It is conveniently located for Monaco, and has a good car parking. The infinity swimming pool is great. The best thing about it is the terrace and the views - which is the main selling point.

The property was not made available to me until 16.30 despite the 15.00 check-in time - the children had to wait outside. The host did not provide enough linen, and the sheets provided were not fresh. The building is too far away from any beaches - a car is essential, and taxis are scarce. There is too much noise from the road in the apartment, even at night. The pool is only open 9-19, which is not enough.

Nice, cosy apartment with stunning views for a couple or small family

Phenomenal views of the Mediterranean from the balcony! Well located apartment to get to the local sites in Cap D'Ail and also to Monaco. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores too. Well stocked kitchen with most things you'd need available for meals.

No WiFi but not the end of the world to be honest. Spare sheets for sofa bed didn't seem clean/washed as hoped, but owner apologised for the inconvenience and agreed to follow up with the cleaning company.

Excellent séjour, appartement parfaitement équipé.

Superbe grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer et Cap D'ail. En été la piscine à débordement doit être très agréable. Idéale pour ce rendre à Monaco. (Nous avons été à Monaco à pied et pour revenir on a pris le bus.) Logement confortable ainsi que la literie. L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Draps, serviettes, gel douche fournis (ainsi que : produits ménagers, sucre et café ,nous avions apporté ce qu'il fallait mais en cas d'oubli ce doit être fort appréciable).Place de parking privée également très appréciable. Nous avons reçu les instructions pour notre arrivé via WhatsApp tout était clair et précis .

C’était pas trop grave mais à l étage supérieur au balcon un écoulement d eau qui éclaboussait du coup sur notre terrasse

L’emplacement est très bien, le stationnement et la piscine sont très appréciables. La vue de l’appartement est magnifique

Nuisances sonores notamment la nuit avec le passage continuel des voitures, c’est dommage. Il manque peut être un peu d’ustensiles de cuisine.

Einmal und nie wieder. Standard der Gegend nicht würdig.

Der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr schön, so wie auf den Bildern. Die Möwen sind frech und klauen einem gerne das Frühstück, was sehr witzig war.

Alles war sehr abgelebt, Boden klebrig und nicht wirklich sauber. Ebenfalls war der Geruch sehr unangenehm in der Unterkunft. Terrassentüren waren notdürftig repariert und hakelig. Zufahrt in die Garage für Sportwagen nicht geeignet. Insgesamt kein Standard den man in dieser Gegend erwarten würde. Haben nach der ersten Nacht vorzeitig abgebrochen und uns ein Hotel genommen.
