Gem of a place
We had an amazing time and no hassle with our booking. Everything went smoothly and our host was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was lovely, clean and had all the facilities that were shown in the listing. The terrace is huge and fantastic to spend time on, when the weather is nice. Internet connection was excellent. But above all, the location is amazing, very short walks to almost everywhere (beach, football stadium, shopping centre, palace, train station) and has a bus stop outside that takes you to Nice. Also, VERY importantly, there is a bakery and a convenience store across the street, plus the restaurant next door. You cannot beat that!
The only downside for us had nothing to do with the apartment but the lack of storage facilities in Monte Carlo - Monaco. Even our host has tried to find the information, and we called around everywhere, including the Monaco Tourist Office but there are no places where you can leave your luggage between the check out and leaving Monaco. We had a flight late at night (which was delayed) and had to take our luggage around the town making us rather restricted in how we spent the day.

good location but unfriendly owner
the location is great
we were 3 persons in an apartment for max.3 yet we got only 2 bed sheets. The owner was not willing to give us more. He also refused check-out at 12 am instead od 10am which would be convenient for us due to flight. Also the apartment could be definitely cleaner.
