The view and space
The upkeep of the apartment was a little disappointing the busy road to the front off the building kept us awake at night

The size and view. AC in the bedrooms.
The apartment needs thorough deep cleaning, lots of areas throughout are not clean. The glasses need replacing as they are covered in lime scale and the dishwasher needs to be cleaned internally. New pillows should also be considered. Personal items of the owner/tenant and their dog were left in draws and spaces around the apartment. It was unpleasant. No private parking provided. No restaurants close to the apartment except for multiple pizza places.
