We loved our stay, and would recommend it to others!

The property was in a great location with a fantastic view! Was just outside Monte Carlo, so we had our own private, covered parking. Very comfortable arrangements in the apartment. Andrea was very nice and helpful to us for planning. The apartment is very secure and quiet.

We wish we could have had a few more towels, because shower leaked out a little water at times. We had to purchase some paper towels/ napkins also, but not a big concern.

Perfect place to stay and visit Monaco.

Apartment was super, with enough space and with amazing view towards Monaco and Mediterranean sea. We stayed for 2 nights and therefore didn't used much kitchen, but everything was there if you need to cook yourself. For breakfast you can bring very good sandwiches and fresh pastries from La Boulange de Cap d'Ail, it's a 6min drive. Both rooms had AC's. Pool was nice extra and very useful during hot summer day, don't have to go to the beach and can spend hottest hours of the day at apartment and pool. TV had enough features, including Netflix subscription. If you come by car from Nice, it's easy to get off from the main road, if you approach from Monaco direction, you have to drive past and make turnover at next crossroad which has traffic light. Place entrance is opposite to Total gas station. It's ok to walk from apartment to see Monaco, but when you return, you have to climb back up, so get bottle of water with you on your way back.

We enjoyed our stay at this modern property with a swimming pool and parking.

Lovely modern property in great location close to Monaco, good size too. Pretty views, garden and nice swimming pool.

Mattress and pillows on our bed were bit uncomfortable, some maintenance work was going on around the property during our stay.

Beautiful view and modern nice property

Its a pity that it is such nice property but lack of maintenance- pool was dirty with mold all week we stayed, garden was snot clean, elevator was not working, TV was not working. In the apartment some basic essentials are missing like a hair dryer, proper size coffee cups and enough silverware… only after complaining we received a coffee maker and some wine glasses and bottle opener. Small things that could have made the experience 5 stars and not 3 stars.

À proximité immédiate de Monaco, avec stationnement disponible, piscine d’eau salée et la petite plage de galets au Cap d’Ail.

La piscine est partagée et il n’est pas toujours évident de savoir quand y aller sans déranger les autres résidents, et réciproquement.
