Very poor

Karina was helpful and she gave us great advices how to get to interesting places etc. Especially the promenade tip and parking down next to the restaurant was fantastic recommendation!

We stayed only 2 nights. First night we were in Monaco till late night. Second day we wanted to rest on a terrace and enjoy the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we could not. Just above us was an apartment with very noisy people and this spoiled whole afternoon and evening. So, we did not enjoy the stay at all. This can happen, guests are various. However, it was clear that these are not regular guests for holiday – cleaning ladies were frequently going there and chatting, several people were walking in and out all time, very loud business calls on a terrace etc. – it was clear that these people work in the resort. Our neighbors also complained, they also could not enjoy resting time. Even Karina came to calm them down once, it helped only a little bit. It is better to have an apartment in the area where other people are also on vacation and not having an office there.

Great location, everything is nearby! Bakeries, grocery, pharmacy, INCREDIBLE SEAVEW FROM BALKONY, gorgeous beach.

Apartment with a killer view

The host Karina was so lovely and helpful!!! The view is amazing. Functional kitchen with a washing machine. Hot shower with good pressure.

The property is only good for people with excellent mobility. Rough driveway and lots of stairs. The apartment was a bit noisy from the wooden walkways and stairs. The feather pillows are uncomfortable but that’s not this apartment issue/ most of France seems to prefer feather pillows! The kitchen needed a toaster but other than that well equipped!

Amazing views and pool

The apartment was really nice, very tastefully decorated - you can see a lot of thought went into layout and deco. Well equipped kitchenette.The host, Karina, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment is lovely and the pool was amazing. Apartment is OK for 2 people, think would be crowded with more. I would stay there again for short stay.

Apartment was small, very small toilet. A lot of stairs to get to apartment but worth it if you want the views.

La ragazza brasiliana che sembra una escort ha voluto 20 euro in contanti per 1 ora in più e non ha voluto darci il late checkout nonostante abbiamo fatto check molto tardi. Soldi che si è messa in tasca. Molto scorretta.

Самые лучшие апартаменты, что я когда-либо бронировала! Cap d’Ail - это любовь! И эти потрясающие апартаменты еще больше влюбили нас у это восхитительно красивое место! Нам было очень хорошо и комфортно здесь! А таких красивых восходов я, пожалуй, еще не видела! Апартаменты расположены высоко, весь Cap d’Ail находится на горе, так что не спортивным, или малоподвижным людям я не советую выбирать подобный вариант. Нам же было здорово! Еще и подкачали ягодицы ;))

l emplacement ideal pour faire les autres villes aux alentours le style de deco du studio le fait d avoir un parking dans la residence

l odeur d égout présente dans le logement. principalement dans la salle de bain le fait que la piscine soit inutilisable. nous avions réservé ici aussi pour ça. trés decue. du coup ca ne valait pas ce prix là

Studio agréable avec une belle vue

Studio bien situé, bien aménagé et décoré avec soin ; très belle vue sur la mer. La propriétaire est très accueillante. A noter, la literie est de très bonne qualité.

Des défauts inhérents à la surface réduite, comme l'absence de rangements ou d'emplacements pour les valises. Du sopalin, des mouchoirs en papier et un peu plus de paper toilette serait un plus. Le concept de l'immeuble, selon lequel la circulation se fait au bout de la terrasse, et les baies vitrées intégrales, manque d'intimité.
