Emplacement parfait, vue idéale. Lit d’excellente qualité Parking dans la résidence. Très grande terrasse.
Les voisins du dessus qui jettent leur mégots sur la terrasse. Absence de lave-vaisselle. Bruit des aller et venues dans l’immeuble car c’est un rdc.
