Beautiful apartment

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. All instructions and rules were explained perfectly. The hotel is located close to Eze Village and Monaco. Free and gated parking. We will definitely choose to stay here in the future.

It was a bit strange and a bit uncomfortable, space-wise.

The host was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. The view from the pool was beautiful. It was well located - close to Eze, and many other places you may want to see in the area. Also, it was clean and a good price, so I really can’t complain.

It was so small. Maybe for 2 people, it would be ok but for 4, it wasn’t comfortable. With some small changes, it could be better. For example, there was no place for us to put our suitcases. We ended up putting them on the kitchen table/chairs, which didn’t leave much room for eating. There’s AC in the living room but not the bedroom. We put a fan in the hallway trying to blow the coolness into the room. It worked but then we had to navigate the fan and tripped over it several times. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain. No wine opener in the kitchen. The parking garage was a little scary and the public areas kind of looked abandoned? Like inside of the buildings next to the pool, there were weeds growing from the floor. These were clearly buildings that are not in use. The pools seemed a bit dirty. The view was ok but you really needed to be higher or closer to the water for more of one. We saw mostly sky.

A week of work and a week of holiday was a good combination for September/October. Karina helpfully

A great base to visit the Côte d'Azur

A very spacious and comfortable apartment with a lovely large terrace. The host Karina was very helpful and welcoming - bringing me 2 large bottles of water when I arrived as she knew I didn't have a car for shopping. The kitchen was well equipped with a coffee machine and fresh coffee pods. A great base for visiting the Cote d'Azur - Eze, Villefranche, Monaco and Menton are all easy to get to by bus from Cap d'ail.

The location is best for travellers with cars (there are lots of steps to get to the main high street of Cap d'ail) but I knew this at the time of booking so was prepared for it. The terrace of the apartment is not completely private - the neighbours walk by the pavement in front to get to their apartment.

It is an amazing apartment complex with a great pool, easy parking and exceptional view. Our apartment was perfect for us (2 adults + 1 small kid) with nicely equipped kitchen, AC, washing machine and terrace. Karina was also super helpful and easy to approach. Location is great but I would say it is optimal for people travelling by car.

Great holiday apartment on the French Riviera.

Super cool location on the French Riviera. Great balcony with ocean view. Walked to Monaco Monte-Carlo Casino in less than one hour. Great swimming pool with a spectacular view of the Mediterranean sea. Friendly host.

watch the sea from bed in every morning

The host, Karina was very helpful and communicative. Sea view was perfect. We spent a wonderful week here. You have everything in the apartmant you can cook. For the shops and bus stop to Monaco need a little walk down to city center, but this was not a problem. Also you are very close to La Turbie, where you can hike or rock climbing.

When you open the window on weekday little bit noise by cars, but in other times was ok.

Amazing place

Our studio was very nice and comfortable. All the necessary facilities were there. We had an amazing view from the terrace. It was a quiet place which we needed. Karina is a very friendly host. She welcomed us and explained everything. The swimming pool was amazing. We highly recommend this place! :-)

Have stayed in this residence twice and would definitely stay again. Great value for money.

Well equipped, friendly and helpful host, beautiful view, convenient parking, great wifi, good shower. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool but I've seen it before and it's fantastic.

beds were hard and more pillows would have been nice (however we did not request these so I'm sure they would have accommodated us if we had asked). It wasn't a problem for us but there were a lot of steps to get to the flat so those who have limited mobility would have trouble as there was only an elevator for part of the climb. There were also a lot of ants and some of the neighbors were very noisy a couple of nights. Limited space for bags. None of this would prevent us from staying here again!
