le istruzioni chiare, la posizione e il panorama
l'ascensore non in funzione al mattino, avevamo le valigie ed eravamo al terzo piano, il bahno un po' troppo piccolo

Our stay was perfect. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. All instructions and rules were explained perfectly. The hotel is located close to Eze Village and Monaco. Free and gated parking. We will definitely choose to stay here in the future.

The host was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Shower was good. The view from the pool was beautiful. It was well located - close to Eze, and many other places you may want to see in the area. Also, it was clean and a good price, so I really can’t complain.
It was so small. Maybe for 2 people, it would be ok but for 4, it wasn’t comfortable. With some small changes, it could be better. For example, there was no place for us to put our suitcases. We ended up putting them on the kitchen table/chairs, which didn’t leave much room for eating. There’s AC in the living room but not the bedroom. We put a fan in the hallway trying to blow the coolness into the room. It worked but then we had to navigate the fan and tripped over it several times. The sink in one of the bathrooms didn’t drain. No wine opener in the kitchen. The parking garage was a little scary and the public areas kind of looked abandoned? Like inside of the buildings next to the pool, there were weeds growing from the floor. These were clearly buildings that are not in use. The pools seemed a bit dirty. The view was ok but you really needed to be higher or closer to the water for more of one. We saw mostly sky.

Terrace, Air conditioner and the pool is amazing. Karina is a really lovely person :)
Nothing specific for the property, more for the city itself. Lack of green areas.
