It took a while before we understood how to open the front door of the building. There were no clear explanations. Finally we figured it out.

Beautiful views, Great apartment with all modcons. Great kitchen, washing machine, and TV.

The parking was not reserved/guaranteed. although we always found a spot it was not reserved and it was the last one sometime. we had a code to open the apartment door but not the main gate. the building gate happened to be open, It was the 1st time the new code was used, I am sure they would have changed the process now for gate access.

Excellent! Exceeded our expectations,

Property is in top condition, well equipped with quality fixtures and furnishings. It was better even than the photos and prior reviews led us to expect.

Parking is very "tight", both in the sense of small parking spaces (though some are nicely larger if you are lucky enough to get one), and in the sense that we often got the last spot available. We worried that we might not have one, but always did. And it was a big holiday weekend, so maybe other times would be less crowded.

A very relaxing stay!

There are only positive things to say about my stay in this apartment. The house has several free parking spaces and the immediate neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. In Cap d'Ail there is everything you need for everyday needs. The very clean and fully equipped apartment is modernly furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to questions and problems. I can only recommend a stay here. Thank you very much!

This was booked in a hurry because of family circumstances and regretted on arrival. To be avoided.

Very little: thankfully we only spent a few hours each day in the appartment which lacked comfort, had few amenities, (even cleaning materials, loo rolls, and rubbish bags.) Come prepared to shop for most things immediately!

See above, but mainly the misleading ad and photographs. One side of the bed had a 12 inch gap to the adjacent full height mirrored wardrobe which made getting in an out difficult; there were no instructions relating to kitchen equipment; no broom to sweep already dusty floors, and the view was fine if observed well back on the balcony - otherwise overlooking roof tops and their air conditioning units. Traffic noise and parking only by good luck, otherwise a trip down to the municipal car park and a walk uphill back! List of 'don'ts' awaited arrival.

Beautiful view appartment

Beautiful view from the apartment and terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A comfortable bed overlooking the sea. Automatic blinds on the windows giving a full darkroom during sleep. Clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect and nice contact with the owner. Quiet town- shop, bakery next door. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you :)

super clean，magnificent sea view with large terrace，well equipped with kitchen stuff and washing machine，even with dishwasher.

with one large bed in the bedroom and 1 sofa bed in living room, it would be best for 2 person, sofa bed is not ideally good to sleep for longtime.

Schöne Wohnung mit atemberaubenden Ausblick!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr modern eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, besonders der atemberaubende Ausblick auf das Meer.

Es sind die Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte, z.b. eine Waschmaschine war da, aber kein Wäscheständer für die nasse Wäsche, ein Handtuch und ein Duschtuch pro Person für 10 Tage war sehr spärlich, Ablagen im Bad fehlten. Dann wurde uns 20 Euro abgezogen für 2 kaputte Weingläser, zu viel wie ich finde und der Ansprechspartner ist nicht gerade offen für Verbesserungen. Aber das ist ja meckern auf hohem Niveau: „Sie sind ja in keinem Hotel.“
